I moved in with my fiance over 2 years ago, and I was put on the lease, once the evil manager saw we weren't married she removed me off the lease even though we have been together for over 7 yrs and engaged, then she is so hateful to me and my kids for no good reason, she makes me want to move out of here. She wants to file eviction on you if you dont have your rent paid 10 days after it was due. I dont know anyone that evicts you for being 10 days behind on your rent. Thats very stressful and so hard to get caught back up because not only do I have to pay $100 late fees, I have to pay court cost fees for her filing the eviction. Its ridiculous. She has raised everyones rent up for no reason. The manager planted some flowers around the clubhouse and mulch, and paved half the roads around here and we have to pay for it and thats not fair. Our home was so expensive and we paid triple the amount that it was worth. But desperare times call for desperate measures. Our home is over 10 yrs old we paid $30,000 for it plus lot. Our lot ranges around $450 a month plus house payment. Then the electric is underground so its really expensive. Over $200 a month for electric. There is just so much to say. I wouldnt recommened living here only because of Debbie the manager. I felt I was being bullied by her but then found out several people are bullied by her. Please consider a different place to live. thank you for your time
