We have been paying customers to this internet provider since January of 2019. Within the last month beginning of June 2019 we have had issues with our service, we have attempted to get our issues fixed with no success. We have been emailing addresses provided on their website, calling the # they provide to be contacted that no one answers.
When I called 6/17/19 to tell them via voicemail that we were not paying our bill until our problem with the internet was addressed and resolved they cut off our internet service before the 5 days grace period on our contract. I have since reported this company to the BBB claim #13635284 due to the fact I received a voicemail from a unknown phone # stating that Stuart Pierce the owner would be out to service our equipment on 6/20/19 and never showed.
Our payment to this company was dropped off via check on 6/16/19 so they have been paid they just wont cash the check. And all those emails I wrote magically never got received by Avolve even though one person (Stuart Pierce) runs this company. This company wants to be paid, but will not provide any customer service or FIX any issues with equipment installed at peoples home.
