Aviqua Reviews

This product doesn't work on older skin in my estimation (I am 67 years old). They give you what MIGHT last 10 days (and I was very skimpy with it because they said it was imperative it's used twice each day. Then you find out after they've milked your bank account for over $187 the trial period WASN'T A MONTH but only 14 days. I am so upset.

I called a number I found on the web and they offered me a discount on another month's supply..that's AFTER I told them it wouldn't be a month's supply even if you had the face size of a cat! I said I want the entire thing CANCELLED....Then he offers to send me a month supply for FREE after I told him twice it didn't work! I said NO to the "free" offer because you know darn well they'd find a way to scam you out of another almost $200.

This is an awful thing they do to the public! I expressed that I should be calling the Attorney Generals office! That is when the free offer suggestion came up. What a rip off! Who doesn't want to look younger with nicer skin? I am ashamed I fell for it and I told the young man on the phone if I were him I'd get a job with a company with a better reputation and a little integrity!

This starts with an Internet pop-up advertisement, showing a man with puffy bags under his eyes and crow’s-feet at the corners of eyes. They dab some cream on the crow’s-feet and under the eyes - and the skin pulls-up to a point that the wrinkles go away and the bags disappear. Then they offer a "FREE TRIAL", where you pay shipping and handling on the first order and must call to cancel repeat orders. But, after 14 days ... they charge your account for the full price of the products that they mail you, a tiny jar of cream and a small tube of serum. The amount that appears on your card is $98.11. Nowhere on any documents (shipped in the box) does it say that your 'FREE’ trial is a 14-day trial. Nowhere in the pop-up advertisement does it define that you’ll be charged full price after 14 days – it only amplifies the 'FREE’ trial.

When you call customer service, they are quick to tell you that you had to click that you were 18 years or older. They state your IP address and date the order was made, then, offer you a reduced price, that they state, they are not authorized to make – but because of "YOUR” misunderstanding and the fact that somewhere hidden in the middle or towards the bottom of the 'TERMS and AGREEMENTS’, it states 14 day trial … they feel compelled to give you a discount. But, that if you continue to argue … they don’t feel like assisting with any discount. They give you a transaction ID – Cancelation #1 (for Jar of cream), Cancelation #2 (for tube of cream), and a 50% discount. So, said and done … your 'FREE TRIAL’ only cost you - $49.05!!

They word they information so it seemed like u were getting product amount for 14 days but wasn't!! U were getting a membership for 14 days and in an area god know where states u have to call before 14 day are up to cancel before they charge your account. Then when you find a number, in a light print in the paper work that came with your so call 14 day product, they tell u the charger is because they sent u a 30 days worth a product. So you cancel the membership and you are left flabbergasted because at the start of all this you thought you only were going to try a 14 days of a product and only get charge for just that not no more!! Instead, you got confuse, upset, frustrated, and flabbergasted. I do not recommend this company or this product. BUY'S BEWARE!

Product was advertised on Facebook with a very popular personality advertising it. You naturnally click because you respect this person. Don't be fooled!!! I am sure this person has NO Connection to the product. False advertising at best. They offer a Free Trial but fail to mention except in the very tiny print that if the product is NOT returned in a certain length of time your account will be charged for the full amount of the product, which is $98.11 and $89.68. This can be a shock to the system. I tried calling the company but there was no answer. The recording stated "no one was available to take the call". Makes you wonder if anyone is ever available to take the call.

Product returned. Filed a dispute with my bank.

Do not be caught in this false advertising and misleading scam. Only want access to your bank account.

I ordered a sample product and was charged shipping and handling. Then my credit card was charged full retail price for the sample product because I did not cancel the enrollment within 14 days. I was then enrolled in an auto ship program. The product was suppose to be endorsed by Joanna Gaines, which it is not. When you order the wrinkle cream sample $4.98 you automatically get an eye serum $5.99. Then they charged full retail of $89.26 and$98.11 for the samples. I was not aware of the14 cancellation in 14 days or be charged full retail for a sample.

This company will not refund the charges -they will stop future charges but that does not help if you want your money back/refund. I cancelled 2 days before the trial period was over. I had reactions/allergic and do not want the product.

Offer a free 14 day trial of anti-aging cream for shipping of $4.97. You then have 14 days to call to cancel or you are in the typical auto ship program and are charged the full retail price of $98.39 for what you received and your next shipment is on the way. The order confirmation email does not contain this information and is only published on the check out page on the order website. It was hard to get the webaddress from customer service. Product is unsatisfactory, it is greasy and does not absorb well.

I ordered a 14-day trial bottle of Aviqua skin cream. The advertisement indicated that I was ordering a 14-day trial bottle and that my cost would be only $4.99 for shipping. No where in the add did I see that I was signing up for a continuity type sale. No where in the add did it say that I would be charged $98.39 if I didn't cancel within 14 days. My credit card was billed the $98.39. I immediately called my credit card company to report that I was a victum of fraud. My card was cancelled and I was sent a new one.

Advertisement for this product was misleading and deceptive. I have successfully cancelled automatically receiving this product in the future but I've still been billed $98.39. Do NOT order from this company online.
