I received an email for a FREE trail of skin care, I only had to pay shipping, I looked for term of time of purchase and there wasnt any. I received my product and them 15 days later I seen they debited my account for $89.87. I called, talked to a few different people, and they tried there best to sell me more, offered discounts and more. I went off and cleary stated, I got free trail, there were no terms stating that in so mant day my account would be deited and I was not happy. They continued to offer promtions and at this point I was falming mad. They did cancel my so called membership that I so called signed up for. I kindly explained a couple of times I am a single hard working mother, was just trying to be kind to myself & get something free, I would be more than happy to return the unused trail bottle and could your company please credit my account back. She offered me many discounts to keep it and I said no. She finally cancelled my subscription and gave me cancellation numbers for both. That was Nov 2 2017. On Nov 4 2017, i received both in mail. I called and explained situation to customer service. She said it was too late and I had to keep them. I told her I was told it was cancelled out and I wasn't supposed to have gotten any more. She said they do not take back products and do not refund. It's discouraging when people dont matter, only money.

Around Sept. 23, I ordered a trial sample of Avanti Skin Renewal & Avanti Eye Serum - was charged $4.95 & $5.95, plus .99 - respectively. I received the actual product on Sept. 27. There was no brochure or anything of that nature in package. In checking my bank account on October 11, there was an entry dated Oct. 10 for $89.97 for these products. I contacted my bank USBank, to inquire about bogus charge. Incidentally that charge made me card overdrawn. Explained what had happened & bank representative said there were a lot of charges for items seemingly not ordered.
She indicated the bank had a dispute category and removed the charge. She also cancelled that card and the bank is issusing a new card with a new number to prevent the Avanti company from making further charges. She stated that the company was attempting to make an additional charge (apparently the $89.97 was for one item only), but the bank had refused that charge. She suggested I contact the compay to see if they would refund the charge, although she did not think so.
I hope the bank reversed the payment to Avanti.
I called the 855 number shown on the Avanti box (the bank also had those numbers) and spoke with a very rude rep by the name of Brooke. She informed me that those were not "samples" (which I was calling them), but a 30-day supply and that I had not cancelled the "account" (which she claims I established by having ordered the two items) within 15 days of setting up the account. I argued about having to cancel an "account" (I didn't set up) before receiving the items.
Argument went on for at least 10 minutes -- with her telling me I was not entitled to a refund! Told her she had better issue a refund. To no avail. I didn't tell her bank reversed the charge. So, as I said, I hope the bank reverses payment to them.

It is very hard to pull up their web page - but the one time I was able to do so in the last few days - there was a disclaimer that the FDA had not given approval to the products.

Just received my free offer of avanti anti-aging skin cream and eye serum. Wanted to check out their website; however, saw the negative reports on this company about automatic renewal. I did not see anything about a subscription based offer; but, was nervous about an automatic renewal.
Called customer service and was told "oh no you are not charged unless you place an order for an additional productS)."
Upon hanging up, i immediately received the following email:

Product called Avanti Skin Renewal that was advertised on Facebook for a 14 day trial. All you had to do was pay shipping. The link took me to a pay site so I could pay for the shipping. I was very careful about reading every single word, it said nothing about an automatic renewal. So I thought what the heck I will try it. They put me on an automatic renewal anyways. Now when you go on their website and click on "terms and conditions" it says no refunds. I cancelled the account but they had already shipped the new order. So the order came today and I called to send it back (new unopened) and I was told that they do not give refunds and that they automatically charged my credit card $89.95! The lady on the phone wouldn't even let me get a word in, she just talked right over anything I tried to say so... This is just one of the many reviews I am giving on this company. Don't buy it, it is not worth it, doesn't work anyways, It is just a greasy cream and they falsely advertised and put you on an automatic payment plan without letting you know. Upon doing my own investigation it appears this is a type of pyramid drop shipping company. They are actually based in Canada but my shipment came from New York! The New York address is 1607 Bailey Ave., Buffalo, New York 14212 But the actual website company address is PO Box 318,2215 Steeles Ave W, North York ON M3J 0J2. No company name is listed on my invoice with the Bailey Ave address either.

Today I got two emails stating that both my products are on the way at the cost of nearly $100 for each. I called to say that I didn't order or authorize these purchased as I only wanted the Free sample that was promoted.
When I tried to cancel the order they said I had authorized it as there was an indication in the 'fine print' that once I get this free order I automatically authorize the renewing purchase of this expensive product. They wouldn't cancel it or allow me to return it, even unopened, as it would be contaminated. She kept repeating that I had authorized the payment because this was a 14 day trial.
I completely understand the difference between the concept of trial order and getting something that is advertised as free. I was on my Facebook account when a picture of Joanna Gaines came up with what appeared to be her skin care products. It stated I could get a free sample, just pay shipping! So I thought why not try this! I was only interested in the skin cream and was ready to pay the shipping cost for just that. Next thing I knew they are pushing to purchase additional products. Not even knowing how it happened, it said I purchased the eye cream as well! Once you are in the site you cannot go back, you are stuck in there! Good thing I didnt get caught purchasing the 35dollar item as well. I still havent opened the product mind you when I get an insufficient fund notice from my bank. I call them and they stated to call the company first to try and resolve. So I did and a rep stated that I checked a terms and condition box stating I was 18, and I should have read the terms and conditions. I told him I dont even recall seeing those terms and I feel the site is very misleading, plus I could not afford paying over 180 dollars in skin care products. After many minutes he says he will drop me from the every 30 day renewal plan, and first said he could give me a 30% discount, which went to 50, then firmly stayed at 75%. So Instead of going back to my bank, which the rep told me would be a waste of time, because the company wouldnt refund me, I took the 75% off. He said i would only have to pay 22.50! So I said 22.50 total? He said yes...So I get the credit and its for $131.94, which means I still paid $44 dollars!!! plus the 10 something in shipping charges. I chalked it up to live and learn, but I feel stupid and im still upset about it!!

Then come to find out they charge you S & H for each product separately which totals over $12! And that's nothing compared to the fact that they were shipped together with absolutely no receipt, no paperwork stating it was a trial and you had to return these little bitty samples within 14 days or they charge you full price! You don't find out this information until you call after you get charged $85.97 and $89.97! You don't get more product, i.e. a full size bottle of each product either. And it gets better they'll send you the same trial size each and every month for those charges every month! They were very rude when I called! First they told me all they could do is cancel my account. I said I wanted to see what I signed or I was going to my bank and attorney. They said they could give me the website. I said that wasn't good enough. Rep offered 35% refund, then 50% refund. Spoke to a supervisor, same racket. Told her about the rep offers and that I was calling the attorney. She gave me the website, and eventually told me 75% refund was the best they can do. I took it to end the misery and rude negativity they were sucking me into! You truly feel as a consumer you can never trust anyone or anything!

They told me they cannot refund the money, all they can do is offer the product for half off or cancel the auto shipments. So, they've charged me for the shipping plus for a future product that I have not even received. And, I should add, their product is no better than any other skin product I have ever tried. This was an expensive trial sample and I just want my money back. They can have their trial samples back, if they send me my money back. p.s. they sent me an email confirmation of my cancelation but I canceled my card too because I don't trust them. Obviously these companies are banking on the fact that none of us read the small print AND we are all vain.

I have called this company in the past 24 hours 3 times. Have spoken to 3 different representatives and have received 3 different responses all giving me different dates of my order. I filled a dispute at my bank today and called them tonight. I asked if the calls are recorded and they said yes. I said good I will have my bank request the phone recordings as well. I was told by the supervisor that it did not matter what the representatives said to me all that mattered was what was in the fine print of their service agreement. Se also said others have tried to dispute this and even contacted the better business bureau and failed. So please do not do any business with this people. And please share so no one else falls prey to this unethical company!!!

DON'T GET SCAM!!!! They don't stand behind the product. Cost me two shipment's which they would not take back. Horrible, Horrible experience. Don't get sucked into this scam. They made some money off me and I had to throw away all product because it made me break out very badly. Also going to cancel my card.
They don't stand behind their product and shipped out a new ship before i could cancel it and would not give a refund. Don't get sucked in. Very big rip off and did horrible things to my skin. Called twice would not take back product which i threw away. Don't be taken in by anything this company sells. Lost 200 on this so beware.
avanti cream website is a scam
like the other post, I also ordered trial size and paid for them. couple weeks later I looked at credit card and there was 2 charges almost 90.00 each. I complained about charges said nothing they can do. looks like I will be charged then for anyway and I never received any product. company said when I checked box saying over 18 years of age I agreed with the purchase. Be very careful dealing with this company, seems almost dishonest. I have 2 trial size bottles of cream and ONLY COST 100.00 BE WARE.
Just received my free offer of avanti anti-aging skin cream and eye serum. Wanted to check out their website; however, saw the negative reports on this company about automatic renewal. I did not see anything about a subscription based offer; but, was nervous about an automatic renewal.
Called customer service and was told "oh no you are not charged unless you place an order for an additional productS)."
Upon hanging up, i immediately received the following email:
This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request.
If you have any questions about the cancellation of this subscription, please feel free to contact our customer service team."
I urge everyone to call and cancel upon immediate receipt of any of their products to avoid an additional charge to their cards.
Add said free trial offer for 4.95. Nothing about automatic renewal or so many days to cancel. Now I have two charges for eighty some dollars each. I will be overdrawn. Bills won't get paid. Many more charges. Called and they said can't do anything. I'm an elderly single woman with no money. They said it was in print but it isn't. It's a scam and I'm screwed. Said it was from Shark Tank. Product called Avanti Skin Renewal that was advertised on Facebook for a 14 day trial. All you had to do was pay shipping. The link took me to a pay site so I could pay for the shipping. I was very careful about reading every single word, it said nothing about an automatic renewal. So I thought what the heck I will try it. They put me on an automatic renewal anyways. Now when you go on their website and click on "terms and conditions" it says no refunds. I cancelled the account but they had already shipped the new order. So the order came today and I called to send it back (new unopened) and I was told that they do not give refunds and that they automatically charged my credit card $89.95! The lady on the phone wouldn't even let me get a word in, she just talked right over anything I tried to say so... This is just one of the many reviews I am giving on this company. Don't buy it, it is not worth it, doesn't work anyways, It is just a greasy cream and they falsely advertised and put you on an automatic payment plan without letting you know. Upon doing my own investigation it appears this is a type of pyramid drop shipping company. They are actually based in Canada but my shipment came from New York! The New York address is 1607 Bailey Ave., Buffalo, New York 14212 But the actual website company address is PO Box 318,2215 Steeles Ave W, North York ON M3J 0J2. No company name is listed on my invoice with the Bailey Ave address either.
I recieved an email notice to receive a "Free Bottle" of the Avanti Skin renewal by just paying the S&H. Got the box but never opened it. Today I got two emails stating that both my products are on the way at the cost of nearly $100 for each. I called to say that I didn't order or authorize these purchased as I only wanted the Free sample that was promoted.
When I tried to cancel the order they said I had authorized it as there was an indication in the 'fine print' that once I get this free order I automatically authorize the renewing purchase of this expensive product. They wouldn't cancel it or allow me to return it, even unopened, as it would be contaminated. She kept repeating that I had authorized the payment because this was a 14 day trial.
I completely understand the difference between the concept of trial order and getting something that is advertised as free. I asked to get the headquarters address to write them about this basic scam but she would not offer any names or addresses. Their website still says - free bottle - at the top.
I don't believe that you can say that something is free and then slip in the fine print that you're actually signing up for a automatically refilled order if you don't cancel in 14 days. Bait and switch. These people are totally unethical. I am sure that the Shark Tank mentor (which is supposedly how they got their big push) don't teach people to rip-off customers in this manner. Probably not where they learned these tactics (but if they did - shame on Shark Tank).
There seem to be a number of other similar complaints. This is a total crooked rip off operation.

Cannot cancell
My wife liked the product but did not want to continue after the 14 day trial period but the phone number listed under terms that must be called to cancel is not able to find any info for Avanti to cancel the order.
I was on my Facebook account when a picture of Joanna Gaines came up with what appeared to be her skin care products. It stated I could get a free sample, just pay shipping! So I thought why not try this! I was only interested in the skin cream and was ready to pay the shipping cost for just that. Next thing I knew they are pushing to purchase additional products. Not even knowing how it happened, it said I purchased the eye cream as well! Once you are in the site you cannot go back, you are stuck in there! Good thing I didnt get caught purchasing the 35dollar item as well. I still havent opened the product mind you when I get an insufficient fund notice from my bank. I call them and they stated to call the company first to try and resolve. So I did and a rep stated that I checked a terms and condition box stating I was 18, and I should have read the terms and conditions. I told him I dont even recall seeing those terms and I feel the site is very misleading, plus I could not afford paying over 180 dollars in skin care products. After many minutes he says he will drop me from the every 30 day renewal plan, and first said he could give me a 30% discount, which went to 50, then firmly stayed at 75%. So Instead of going back to my bank, which the rep told me would be a waste of time, because the company wouldnt refund me, I took the 75% off. He said i would only have to pay 22.50! So I said 22.50 total? He said yes...So I get the credit and its for $131.94, which means I still paid $44 dollars!!! plus the 10 something in shipping charges. I chalked it up to live and learn, but I feel stupid and im still upset about it!!
Avanti is a huge rip off! Ordered online a sample trial size skin cream and eye cream, that were offered free! Then you go further and you have to pay shipping and handling only. Then come to find out they charge you S & H for each product separately which totals over $12! And that's nothing compared to the fact that they were shipped together with absolutely no receipt, no paperwork stating it was a trial and you had to return these little bitty samples within 14 days or they charge you full price! You don't find out this information until you call after you get charged $85.97 and $89.97! You don't get more product, i.e. a full size bottle of each product either. And it gets better they'll send you the same trial size each and every month for those charges every month! They were very rude when I called! First they told me all they could do is cancel my account. I said I wanted to see what I signed or I was going to my bank and attorney. They said they could give me the website. I said that wasn't good enough. Rep offered 35% refund, then 50% refund. Spoke to a supervisor, same racket. Told her about the rep offers and that I was calling the attorney. She gave me the website, and eventually told me 75% refund was the best they can do. I took it to end the misery and rude negativity they were sucking me into! You truly feel as a consumer you can never trust anyone or anything!
On May 6 I ordered trial Avanti skin cream and eye cream for the price of shipping only. On May 20 I was billed 89.87 for skin cream and 85.97 for the eye cream. I called the company and told them I only wanted the trial. They told me that what I paiid for was for the trial. THIS is so misleading! They said sorry they couldn't do anything but give me a future order for a discount price. I never ordered a full size of this product I only ordered the free trial which was to be for the cost of shipping only. Very upset and think they are a scam!
I ordered trial samples of skin cream & eye cream for shipping only online from Avanti Skin Renewal and Avanti Eye Renewal. Approximately 1 week later my account was charged $89.97 and $85.97. When I called to complain, they told me I'm being charged for future product shipments. I said I want a refund because I did not agree to auto shipments, nor did I even know how much their products were in the first place because I cannot possibly afford that much for face cream. They told me they cannot refund the money, all they can do is offer the product for half off or cancel the auto shipments. So, they've charged me for the shipping plus for a future product that I have not even received. And, I should add, their product is no better than any other skin product I have ever tried. This was an expensive trial sample and I just want my money back. They can have their trial samples back, if they send me my money back. p.s. they sent me an email confirmation of my cancelation but I canceled my card too because I don't trust them. Obviously these companies are banking on the fact that none of us read the small print AND we are all vain.
