I placed an order a month ago and they took the money out that day! i read on here after i ordered so i got paranoid and emailed! they emailed me back and said it would ship the next day! 2 weeks later i email because it had never been shipped they email and said they emailed meNever got) and said it was out of stock and offered different colors! i chose a different color and emailed them back 6 times Was mad) about the color. Here 2 weeks later still nothing and the past week they have completely stopped communicating with me! calling bank tomorrow! dont waste your time with these scams!
I ordered my beach wedding dresses from Avadulce on April 28. I waited over a month, and sent an email to find out where my shipment is. They contacted me back within 24 hours to let me know it was do to the USPS in New York. Well another month goes by and I decided I just want a refund. I have sent 5 emails and haven’t heard back. I checked my (spam) and my email and nothing. This place is a joke.. DO NOT ORDER HERE if you are on a time limit. Even if it’s 3 months ahead. Also, USPS is still delivering. I take it it’s just the dresses I ordered that was held back.

I ordered a hoodie on March 2 2019 I received it on March 18 2019 it was a xlarge tried calling them no answer emailed them I needed a larger size, sent it back March 26 I ordered a 3x a bigger size I paid $23 and some change it cost $11 to send back got it today April 15 it was the same one I sent back with the size tore out of the hoodie it fits just like the one I sent back, this company thinks people are stupid, they really suck and I will never order from them again,

She kept asking for the info for Palm City and we explained again we are in Clearwater, not Palm City. She kept issuing threats with each attempt to help her. Then I received an email with my shipping information that didn't work emailed them again to ask for a refund and she said that due to high demand that they're coming straight from the manufacturer which is in China and will take another 10 days to receive but it didn't take them 10 days to take the money out my account. Multiple emails were sent with the tracking and the package delivered. Customer replied letting us know they received the package. We gave her a custom discount code to make up for the issue. She would have had the package sooner if she had responded to the original notice that the color was out of stock.

That it had been received and shipped and that i should receive it within 10 days. 2Ish) weeks later i sent another email that informed me that it was stuck at usps in ny essentially due to shout down because of covid. Usps does not sut down. Also, they website indicates palm harbor, fl. In the comments section here, they state they are in clearwater. This is where i am at as well. Why was my package stuck in ny? I also received an email from info@avadulce regarding a request about sunglasses that i did not send. I replied to that email as well and didn't get a response. I tried reporting them on the bbb website but the business couldn't be found. I searched the department of state and could not find a business for avadulce. I have requested a refund twice now and as of today have not received a respond to the request nor a refund.

No response. I emailed 13 days after that. No response. At that point it had been over 8 weeks since my order was placed. I finally emailed again yesterday since i got an email to review the item that i still have not received. The response they gave was that the package was delivered but they'll call usps. Ok well i have waited four months for an item that i ordered. Customer service does not respond in a timely manner as their website promises. I don't have tracking information. I have a problem with the way this business is run and would not recommend them to anyone i know and would not use them again. I really just want my shoes and i want to wash my hands of avadulce.
