I ordered a shirt over a month ago for a trip I was going on just came back from trip still have not received and I have emailed them more than 4 times no response and I asked for refund nothing -do not order from them -I see quite a few people had this same problem how do they legally stay in business ???! I bought my wife a shirt from ava lucas and they took my money and never sent me the item. This ava lucas site is total bullshit DO NOT buy from this company it is a total scam. I emailed them 6 times and no response I called them and it's not even there number. PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF TRUST ME IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME READ EVERYBODY'S REVIEW ABOUT THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!
I ordered a shirt on FB, paid with my Credit card. I waited for my shiry for over a month and never received it. I emailed them twice, with no response, tried calling several times and always received an answeromg machine (nobody ever returned my call).
Clothing items were purchased by credit card and never sent. I emailed the company 5 times with no response,, called their "fake phone number" which asks you to leave a message, but they never call you back. The phone is never answered, emails never get answered, items/products never get sent.
They also have a Facebook page where multiple peole have had the same problems.

I ordered a shirt from this dispicable company on April 17,2018 and have yet to recieve it
I called a dozen times only to get a recording saying that live help was not available to leave a message or for faster service email
You cannot leave a message it won't let you , I emailed them on June 24 , 2018 and have not heard from them nor have i gotten my shirt !
I think they need to be investigated and slapped with a fine i have noticed many have posted the the same thing on other sites .
I know i have lost my money ! They are a RIP OFF COMPANY
