Autopro Collision Center LLC Reviews
On or about February 24th 2023, I had taken my vehicle into AutoPro Collision Center LLC located at 702-400 Johnstonville Rd, Susanville, CA 96130 due to a minor accident that occurred during the snow season. Around about June 9th 2023 (5 Months Later) is when I had received my vehicle with incomplete repairs. Obvious incomplete repairs. When I started to drive the vehicle home that day, the driver side door had air coming through door which you can hear clearly as day which obviously it was out of line and not properly installed and/or sealed, not only that the car had a weird turning issues ( later determined to be a serious issue and could had put my life on the line because the part that was damaged during accident that kept the tire in line while attached to the steering was barely holding on by thread which I had to replace, the hood was improperly installed as one side was a finger depth and the other side was a paperclip depth, the tire on the driver side was supposed to be replaced which had a massive dent (he stated that it was there prior to the accident which I never had damage any of my rims), I went to my neighbor that day and honked the horn to let him know the status of my car and it is seriously muffled and they all laughed, the horn doesn’t work, the inner side panel that connects between the window and driver door is protruding out, the engine shakes while idling, ding and fish eyes in the new paint job, plus chips where it was supposed to be painted, and the allege newly installed finder has a ding unsure as to why. After I started noticing my car was in very bad condition and far from being completed, I checked under the hood and there are mismatch bolts and screws holding up the bumper that was taken out of a junk drawer to pass on the project. This was an expensive incomplete job for 10,000 dollars. Customer service was great, they accommodated after a few months with a used vehicle that did the job, no complaints there, but as for the actual repairs and completion of the job, I had to fish out another 6,000 dollars and was told that the job would had originally cost 8,500 including the headliner, which wasn’t done at the time of the job. They also stated the reason for the 6,000 dollars was them having to go through someone elses “Very bad job and workmanship” due AutoPro Collision Center not following OEM requirements they had ensuring the vehicle is brought back to the safety code of the laws. Would I recommend them, sure if you dont have a newer car and dont care about restoring your car to its original conditions and you have a farmer johns truck that you dont rely on for transportation.
