I placed online order with AUTOPLICITY.Com with two day delivery by paying huge shipping cost. Guess what, they messed up my order and shipped via Ground Fedex instead, which estimated delivery after 7 days. It's now passed two weeks and neither FedEx nor AUTOPLICITY helping me and I end up with RUDE CUSTOMER service experience with both of them. Now AUTOPLICITY is telling me their contract with FedEx is to wait 15 more days when package tracing is requested. I asked them to ship me replacement item and they deal with FedEx, as why do I have to suffer for their mistake in first place. They will not make replacement shipment and when I said this will be my first and last order with them - but they don't care. Which now forced me to post negative reviews on them. Please stay away ordering from AUTOPLICITY either on their website, eBay or Amazon stores.

I ordered a life jacket on Aazon. I paid $32.58 for it. It was advertised as "adult extra large". When I got it it was too small. When I returned it they only refunded me $5.00. When I called them they said "we have a restockinf fee and a labeling fee" They took $27.58 of my money and refuse to return it.

Purchased an expensive set of steps for my truck from Autoplicity. They came damaged so I contacted them immediately to let them know. Their customer service said they would make sure they did everything they could to make sure i was happen. They then took months of dragging their feet and not answering my emails or phone calls before telling me they were not going to do anything to correct the problem.

Stay away from Autoplicity. Worst possible group of people you could ever do business with.

I purchased one item from Autoplicity on Ebay. The one item was 4 gallons of oil (4x1). The price was so good I emailed them to confirm I ordered four gallons and if I did not, please cxl the order. They replied that I was corrrect, four gallons were ordered. Only one gallon arrived. I had to send them 10 emails and call 22 times to resolve this issue. I finally spoke to the customer service manager. The item description was incorrect. He said he'd refund the full amount....it still has not showed up in my account. No company should require this much work to resolve a problem they created. Buy from someone else.

I have many complaints about autoplicity.com. First, I was told my order would be shipped within a certain amount of days. It, of course, came much later. And the only way to get any information about a delay that occurs or something out of the ordinary is to contact them. When I got my package it turned out to be the wrong part. So I shipped it back and called them to get the return process going. They received the item on 11/9/15. I finally received an email on 12/7/15 after two phone calls. That email stated that my refund would be completed within one to three business days. LIE. TOTAL LIE. After about a week I make another phone call and was told that my refund should show up in my account any day. Another week goes by and I have to call again. This time I'm told they will look into it and get back to me. I finally get my next email on 12/30/15 and this one stated "The original transaction is too old to refund via the payment gateway. We will instead issue a check to the billing address provided with the order. Kindly allow 7-10 business days for you to get it as it will be coming regular mail."

So I made another call today (12/31/15) and the only thing that was said was "sorry". I can honestly say this is by far and away one of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with. If you buy something from the store you take it back and five minutes later you're out the door with your money back. I understand dealing with the mail it's certainly going to take longer. However, TWO MONTHS is beyond rediculous. If they had any decency they would've overnighted the check just to somewhat make up for their mistakes. But no. They sent it the slowest and cheapest way possible. If it hadn't been for me keeping up with my return I truly believe they never would have returned my money at all. I'll give them one more week before I contact the Better Business Bureau. So DO NOT do business with this company. They are untrustworthy, liars, and con-artists. Me and everyone I know (including social media) will never do business with this company again. If they were the only ones carrying a part for my vehicle I'd sell my vehicle before I purchased anything from Autoplicity or THMotorsports.
