I ordered a stool and exercise bike chair back in September - my card was immediately charged. No receipts provided, I had to ask for them. bike chair was on back order. Stool has been delayed at least twice and bike delayed. Saying both will ship on 11/20. RED FLAG -- don't buy from a company that doesn't have any form of 1-8XX number to call and check on your orders. Everything is via email. No the fun part of trying to get my money back....
Paid company $400 on November 20th. When the ship date came due, they emailed a delay notice putting the ship date in the middle of my holiday travel. I asked them to hold the order until I got back. This took upwards of 50 emails for them to understand, not once honoring my request for a phome number to quickly sort it out. When the promised delayed ship date came and went, it took another week and dozens of emails for them to finally say "we'll just refund you". I received a cancellation notice but NO REFUND. Then the desk mysteriously shipped.
This company relies on months of lying and deceiving to force you out of your money. I can't believe they have not been shut down yet.

I placed an order for their SmartDesk on May 8th, 2016 after reading a review on cnet.com. It still has not been shipped after 60+ days. They immediately charge my credit card on May 9th, 2016. You can not call them and only get an email response after 48 to 72 hours. I've asked three times for a refund and they just send back emails stating "your order is important, unfortunately we can not ship your order yet". I've asked for a human to call me for resolution. They are a rip-off scam.
When I placed the order, their website stated shipping on May 22nd so I purchased. On May 22nd, I got an email stating my order could not be shipped with a production delay until May 30th. On June 1st, I get another email stating it has moved again to June 10th-15th.
I ask for a refund and only get another email stating my order is now moved to June 25th-July 2nd. Finally, I get an email on June 27th from a real person named Kaitlin Haynes. She tells me due to my delay, I am getting a 15% discount credited to my card and my desk will definately ship by July 2nd. This is a lie. On July 2nd, I get another email stating my order can not be delivered to end of August. The discount was never provided and they stopped responding to my emails for a refund. I have contacted them at least ten times and no refund or product. I've contacted the BBB and posting on Rip Off Report so others are not taken advantage.
