I purchase a vehicle form this dealership within five days the service engine light came on. I purchase a warranty with this vehicle I call the salesman to discuss the problem with vehicle to give them the trouble code, which was a P0024 code, the salesman was JOEY.

This is a bad code for it have to do with the exhaust timing bank 2. I called several times each time I spoke with JOEY, he gave me a BS's story each time I spoke with him. Finally, I was so frustrated with him as why I could not get a straight answer, I drove back to the dealership to speak with him in person.

This time he told me take the car to their mechanic, I did, and the mechanic told me to fix the car would cost $4000 DOLLARS. I blow the "F" up because I just pay $10,000 cash for the car. I call the warranty company and gave them the warranty contract number, they had no record of the warranty contract on file.

I contacted JOEY and told him what their mechanic told me, and that warranty company have no record of warranty contract. JOEY, stated that they do have the warranty contract and that he will call them to get the problem solve. That was a big "LIE" come to found out that he pocket the warranty money banking on that nothing will helping with vehicle until the warranty expired. He told me that was not true, so I called him OUT on the LIE he has been telling me.

I told him to call the warranty company now while I was setting their to speak with an agent. He refuses to do it, so I ask to speak with his supervisor he refuses that to. The bottom line is this VOID, VOID this place a like a plague they are dishonest and scam artist. The salesman there are trash scam artist they act nice to get you to buy a car and after that if anything helping they treat you like S!@#.

My advice for anybody thinking about buying anything for this BS dealership run run do not used this dealership if you do you will regret it... IF i can rate this S@@ dealership scrap below one star I will ..I will rate them at the very bottom of scale. This dealership is very bad anything about their customer service to their salesman's are full of S@#.

If I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK I WILL DO IT IN HEART BEAT. If anybody is thanking about doing business with this dealership I will thank again. AVOID this place at all costs you will save yourself allotted of problem. If I can do it all over again, I WILL DUMPED THIS S@@# dealership..

BUYER BEWARE!!!!The sales staff at Autonet are total crooks, dishonest, uncaring and some are probably here illegally! My son just returned from Basic Military Training and Advanced Training. For months he trained to become a Soldier and buy himself a car. He found a car he liked at Autonet. We went and bought it on Monday evening with a two year "Cars Warranty". We returned Tuesday morning when they opened at 9am because the check engine light came on during the trip home, and the transmission skipped gears badly. Also told them the fluid levels needed to be filled, after more than an hour of waiting their mechanic told the staff (everything was fixed) would not speak to us because he doesn't speak English. On the way home the check engine light came on again, the transmission started slipping again. We took the car to Kia off Arlington (where it stayed until Friday) and paid $125.00 for an estimate to find out what was going on. Imagine our surprise that the vehicle had numerous problems, errror codes and had extensive flood damage, the ECM, TCM and wiring was rusting, etc. and the cost would be about $6,000 to replace the wiring and transmission. A

Come to findout that AUTONETS non-English speaking mechanic only reset the system electronically so that the car would drive the about 20 miles before the onboard only to have the problems start all over again. Needless to say, we have called George who lied and said he was only a sales guy and could not do anything (he's the Sales Manager and part owner). We spoke to Roger who said George forwards his phone to him, and lastly I spoke to Joey, then Monica who said they we need to go to their mechanic because Kia is ripping us off............ I have pictures of the water damage, the receipt and error codes from Kia in Arlington as proof ( if anyone would like them). So reluctantly we wentt to their "mechanic" in Irving, Mohammed who runs a licensed State Inspection station. He had me take pictures of the same diagnostics that i got from Kia of Arlington. Told me that the vehicle is unsafe and that it would not pass state inspection. I tried calling AUTONET who was now avoiding my calls (phone rang and rang), here is where things really got weird. I asked Mohammed (AUTONETs Mechanic) to try calling them from his phone/shop as no one is anwering my phone call- he looked at me and said he doesnt have their number. How does "YOUR MECHANIC" not have your number...I offered him the number i had been calling, watched him dial it and they picked up after the second ring. Immediately they started speaking Spanish then the mechanic walked to the end of the shop away from me. He came back moments later and told me that hes done what he can and i should talk to Autonet. So we left there and went the 11 miles to AUTONET. We showed up, went inside and as soon as I shook hands with Monica and announced who I was, she quickly withdrew her hand and left down the hall of the building. At the same time Joey, I assume started screaming at me to get out of the store, we are not welcome, have no business, how dare I, then started calling other salesman to get me out of the store. I remained calm and told them if any one touches me or my family that i am calling the police and filing assault charges. (My granddaughters recorded the exchange between myself and the beligerent Joey). He said he was calling the police, none ever showed up or contacted me, even though i continued to stay and even sat in the parking lot warning another customer to beware.

We finally left reluctantly because the situation is not going anywhere. Later that night I got a text message from an unknown number (suspect it may be the beligerent Joey) that ended up being threatening. (Also proof of how they treat customers).

I have already told all my Soldiers and their families in Texas to STAY AWAY from this place, filed a complaint with the BBB Case # 91442188, DMV HQ in Austin, Enforcement Division for investigation (how can you sell a car with Temp Tags pending permanent tags that wont pass inspection- FRAUD). And cancelled the Warranty under Texas Law (not applicable to FLOOD vehicles).

Seems my post is like many before me, we s should have researched this place before hand.

I bought a 2008 BMW 750i from a lyeing, dishonest salesperson named Joey Lopez. I asked him was the car mechanically sound and he assured me that it was. Big mistake on my part believing this. I had my bank wire the money for the car and it was delivered on 7/6/2017 by Hanover transportation. Immediately upon getting in the car every light on the cars dash was lighting up. ABS system failure, power sterring failure, check engine light and all types of other sensors going off. I could hardly steer the car to the Meinike shop here in Wallingford Connecticut. When it did get there they informed me that the brakes, rotors, ABS sensors, power steering system including the pump, traction control system were completely no good. All the fluids were wrong, dirty or low and It would cost me $3,112.00 to get the car together. It was so much stuff to fix they couldn't do it all in one day and kept it overnight.

I got the car back on 7/8/2017 and they told me I would have to bring the car back for the rest of the work. I brought it back on the 11th for the ABS sensors and power steering system to be replaced. This is another $3,000.00 to get this fixed. I understand when you buy a used car as is, there may be some things wrong with it. But to sell a disabled veteran a dangerous car is the lowest of the low. I have no car as I write this letter.

I'm here to let you know that Autonet of Dallas is a rip off, scam company that abuses veterans, women and the disadvantaged. Joey Lopez is a lyeing piece of filth who when I called him upon delivery of my vehicle stated" no lights were on when it left here, the transport company must have done simething". Accusing the transport company now is just as low as selling me a dangerous car. Stay away from this dealership and any rebuttals on their part is all part of their scams. They have fake good reviews from people that work for them. All they do is scam people and I hope the Texas DMV pulls their license permanently to keep this from happening to anyone else.

2007 Acura RDX—purchased from UNITED AUTONET INC on Regal Row in Dallas, TX

05-03-17, my spouse and I purchased a 2007 Acura RDX SUV after locating it online at AUTONET in Dallas, TX off Regal Row. We both liked the vehicle and decided it would be a good third vehicle to use every day to keep the miles down on out lease vehicles. So I emailed and called the dealership prior to 05-03-17, inquiring as to whether or not the vehicle was still available. I received a call back from Joey Viiegas stating that the vehicle was still available and to come in and take it for a test drive.

On 05-02-17, after I got off work at 5:00 PM, I went over to Autonet, where I meet Joey Villegas in person.

He begins to explain that the vehicle was in good condition and that the owner’s wife had been driving it. And that it was in good condition and that they guarantee that the transmission and engine both will pass inspection should I have any concerns. I then asked would it be OK to have the vehicle checked out by a local Goodyear that we have used to service our vehicles and he said no problem. I took the car for a test drive and I must say I was pleased with the way it drove and how well maintained it appeared. So after the test drive and giving it some thought. I told Joey that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle.

So we go into his office and noticed a sign over his desk stating a deposit was required but in the form of a CC. I didn’t feel comfortable with putting the deposit on my CC. So I told him that I could leave a check. He said he wasn’t supposed to do it that way, but agreed too and stated that I could deduct the deposit of $250.00 from the balance or just pay the total amount we agreed upon ($5490.00 plus TT&L) and the check for $250.00 would be discarded. After getting home and speaking with my spouse, the next morning I arranged to have a cashier’s check drafted out of my account for $61046.43 to purchase this vehicle.

On 05-03-17, my spouse dropped me off at work, so that we could go pick the vehicle up after I got off. At noon my spouse came back to my job and picked up the cashier check ($6106.43) and went to Autonet on Regal Row to make the purchase. After arriving at Autonet, he met Joey and completed the paperwork needed to purchase the vehicle. When asked about the viewing the vehicle, Joey told him that the vehicle was being cleaned up prior to it being picked up later that evening. After getting off and my spouse picking me up we head over to Autonet whom had closed at this time. However, Joey left the vehicle unlocked and the key under the driver side floor mat. We both inspected the vehicle and agreed that we both liked it. But did notice a few things about it that needed to be addressed. The fog light on the front driver’s side was missing, the rear door lifts to hold the rear door open were not working and the passenger side step board was damaged.

I told my spouse that I would get with Joey and have those items addressed. I then get in the vehicle and turn out of the parking lot and wasn’t half way down the street and the check engine, check emission and SH-AWD system all three lights come ON. My stomach dropped, (red flags go up) I immediately called Joey, this time he answered after the second ring. I apprised him of the lights coming on and he instructed me to bring it in the following morning to have their mechanic look it over. I continued to drive and the entire time I’m driving all kind of thoughts were going through my mind. I hadn’t even had the chance for my repair shop to look it over yet. That was my plan on my way to work the morning of 05-04-17 was to drop it off that morning and have it looked over. But due to the issue with the check engine lights etc coming on. I took the vehicle back to Autonet during my lunch break. I texted Joey prior to going over to Autonet and inquired about a loaner and he said no problem, I will have a loaner ready for you when you get here. I get there and Joey is in the middle of what appeared to be selling a vehicle to a couple. He told me to leave the key in the vehicle and let me go get your loaner. Joey was moving so fast and seem to be somewhat annoyed I would say. He wasn’t as relaxed as he was when I went to test drive the vehicle. Joey comes driving all fast in an older Nissan Altima that looked like it had seen its share of the highway.

So, he said here is your loaner and I will give you a call once you vehicle is ready. I said want do you think the problem is and he said I am not sure, but it may be a sensor that needs adjusting. To me that was weird, of all the things he could have said, he said a sensor issue….hmmm. I also brought up the fog light, rear door lifts and the side board issues. He said I will have them check that out as well. I don’t see how I overlooked those items. The second set of red flags go up, not to mention that when I get in the loaner. The car on was E. Totally empty, I then thought to myself something doesn’t seem right about all of this.So I go and put $8.00 in gas into the loaner and headed back to work.

On 05-05-17, at 4:30 PM, I texted Joey to remind him about the missing fog light, the lifts for the rear door & side board. He texted me back, asking did I want to pick the car up that night and if so what time would I get there. Not once did he mention anything about what I initially texted him about. I then texted him back at 6:25 PM, which Autonet is now closed. I asked in the text what the issue with the vehicle was and that I did not want to go through the weekend having the same issues. I never heard back from him, but still headed over to pick the vehicle up. I arrived and asked one of the two gentlemen there if Joey was available and the gentleman said he had left for the day. So I left the loaner, got in the vehicle and proceeded to get onto 35 South. I exited Mockingbird and took the turnaround lane and came to a complete stop. Then proceeded to get on the gas a little to gain speed and low and behold all three lights came on again (the check engine, check emission and SH-AWD system).

It was at that point that I knew we purchased a vehicle with some serious issues. I pulled over and sent Joey a lengthy text expressing my dissatisfaction, concerns and how I felt that we had been sold a lemon. Did Joey text me back, NO. So I drove the vehicle home and parked it until Sunday night. Where on 05-07-17, we drove it to the local Goodyear that services our vehicles, left the keys and instruction for the owner to call me to discuss. Keep in mind taking it to the repair shop was my original intension on 05-04-17 to have it inspected. However, after picking it up from the dealership from the time of purchase I have been having this issue. This is so unfair and uncalled for and just flat out deception on the end of Autonet.

On 05-08-17, I called Joey on his cellphone and he actually answered and said he was on vacation. (Well I would imagine that we did pay for him to have a decent vacation with the portion of his commission he received from the fraudulent sale) And that he would be returning the following Monday, 05-15-17. I then hang up with Joey and contact Autonet and requested to speak to the General Manager. I was directed to George Hernandez and explained to him the issues I was having with the vehicle since the day I picked it up. I also mentioned that I had spoken with Joey and asked George when he would be back in the office. George stated Joey will be back tomorrow from vacation on Tuesday, 05-09-17. I then said well isn’t that funny, because he just told me he would be back on 05-15-17. George was SPEECHLESS, I then knew they were full of BS. George proceeds to tell me that he couldn’t believe something was wrong with the vehicle due to the owners wife had been driving the vehicle prior to us purchasing it. He also asked me what is it that I wanted to happen, with respect to addressing the issues, which I thought was weird. I said I wanted the issues with all of the lights on addressed being that it’s been that way since the day I picked up the vehicle. He explained to me that he would speak with the owner as to how he would like to handle the matter.

From 05-09-17 to until now, I have called and asked to speak to George and the response is that he’s on another line, he’s busy with a customer. I have even been placed on hold up to 12 minutes. So I hang up and call back and they hang the phone up on me. Purchasing a vehicle AS IS comes with concerns and doubts. But to have these type issues since the day it was picked up and for the dealership to NOT back up what was stated to me regarding the transmission and engine per the information expressed to me by Joey. Is downright fraudulent, Joey knew from the time he called me back that he was selling me a vehicle with major items. But yet made his verbiage sound as if they would address issues stemming from those two components.

Total just to repair this car that we have not gotten to drive 2 days at all yet is going to run close $4000.00 depending upon what we have done as well as should we purchase new or used parts. Totally unbelievable.

Talk about hurt, disappointed, deceived, and angry, pissed even embarrassed which we have nothing to be embarrassed about, Autonet should be. How do these people sleep at night is beyond me. We are so angry that when I think about it and how I feel that we have been taken advantage of all I see are DOTS. We both are good decent ppl and try and do what is right and do right by ppl. But, I will say this and I am done, AUTONET you can best believe we are GOING TO seek justice and this is not the last you all will hear from us. We am not going to speak about anything as to what our plan will be to address this matter.

My son purchased an F350 (supposedly) 7.3 Diesel 4x4 from United Autonet. Joey Villegas sold my son the truck. He had save up $10,000 cash and Joey Villegas told him every lie necessary and convinced him to buy this truck. My son, being honest and trustworthy himself gave JV the same consideration. 6 days after bringing the truck home, major problems. Took it to a local mechanic, bad water pump, possible blown head gaskets, much more. ALSO to be told that the seller lied to him about the 7.3 engine, it was a 6.0 and came with all the problems that had risen SIX days after purchase. I called to speak with the owner SEAN NIA that would NEVER take my calls or return them. The truck was sold "as is" but as is wasn't what he bought. After numerous conversations with JV, the sales person, no resolution. He clearly LIED about the engine and took $10,000 for his lies. I offered several suggestions, bring the truck back, find another that we can have inspected, no go. After an estimate of $6000 to repair this truck, I offered to keep my mouth shut if they would go half, NO GO again. Better yet, just take the junk and set fire to it on his lot. I've sent emails, text messages, numerous calls, all ignored. This dealership appears to continue to get away with violating DECEPTIVE TRADE ACT which is suppoed to protect the consumer from POS's like this group. Not to mention lies about the truck and inspection that according to a local mechanic was not done of these problems wouldn't have happened, NOT SIX DAYS and $10,000 later. I hope this low class pieces of trash believe in KARMA. Don't know how people like this group sleep at night. I hope a class action law suit is brought forth, their day will come. I'm consulting with an attorney and will not let this drop.
