My husband placed an order with automotive-quotes.com on April 21st for an used engine for $2,075.00 and given a delivery date of May 8th. The engine never arrived. After several phone calls, he finally got a hold of someone who gave him a new delivery date of May 25th. By May 28th, the engine was still not delivered.
Repeated e-mails and phone calls were not answered. We then disputed the charge with the credit card company who credited the account with the $2,075.00. The credit card company contacted automotive-quotes.com and gave them 45 days to "make good" on the transaction. The company never did. This company goes by several aliases - ONSHELF PARTS 800-615, and Automotive Suppliers LLC.
