On January 31st 2023 I reached out to this dealership and inquired about a Corvette. I had asked them at that point what the condition of the ties were and I was told"" that dealership had just put them on because the vehicle did not meet the 70%. Mark on their multi-point inspection so they put new tires on it. I question the salesman on this and he again stood by what he had said that they had in fact put new tires on this vehicle. I then asked about more pictures of the vehicle because from what I could see of the pictures they had online they were very grainy and I needed something with a little more clarity and when the salesman went out there I got more of the granny type of photos sent to me until the second salesman had gotten involved in this transaction and he had pointed out that I wasn't that correct and the front splitter on the vehicle was in fact damaged. What's the original salesman hid until after he had gotten a deposit. I asked them before giving them a deposit if I had a certain time frame to make my mind up and they told me no. And I was reassured I had as much time as I need it because they were going to make this deal happen for me and my deposit would have been refundable. I said that's great because otherwise they would not want to put a deposit down if it was non-refundable and I was once again reassured that it was in fact refundable. Then we went back and forth a couple more times over the course of the next day and a half for them to put everything in writing and get it over to me so I could look over the details of the contract agreement which they were not going to do originally until I said well. I'm certainly not going to sign anything with you until I see the vehicle running on video and listen to it along with seeing all the numbers in front of me so I could make an educator decision on whether or not I wanted to move forward with this process. It was only after I had asked them to draft something up that they did so and once I saw it I told him I was no longer interested in doing business with them and this was not at all what I had expected and I wanted to cancel the transaction and I want it a refund. It also told him multiple times to route all of this how I wanted a refund because I was not happy with what I was finding out about the vehicle. They then went ahead and offered me money for the damage splitter on the front of the vehicle and $500 because of their so-called snafu with the tires. After I asked them the date codes, the truth about the tires came out. I emailed them and call them and text message with some of their associates about getting my refund return to me and everyone is just ignoring me.
