I was having problems finding an honest, trustworthy mechanic so Dean (owner of AUTOMOTIVE COMMERCIAL REPAIR) was referred to me by a family friend. I spoke with Dean May 9th and he told me to bring the vehicle in on May 10th at 8am. I was clear that I wanted to speak with Dean(the owner of AUTOMOTIVE COMMERCIAL REPAIR) because being a female and not understanding the language, it was IMPORTANT to me that I speak with someone I can trust. I have a family and would be driving long distance in my vehicle and having a mechanic that will listen is quintessential to say the least.
I arrived to AUTOMOTIVE COMMERCIAL REPAIR on May 10th at 8am. . . . 8:30 no DEAN. . . 8:45am NO Dean . .. you can imagine I am a little frustrated at this point so I asked the office to call him because it was important that I speak to him directly.
Dean arrived at 9ish . . .did not apologize . . . Took five minutes to tell me what the last mechanic told me was wrong with My van(which was information I had given him) And proceeded to give me quotes. My expectation was to at the very least have him listen to me and my the other concerns I had aside from the fuel pump problem that I had told him about. . . He was short, rude and when I told him “Dean can you please let me talk, you have no idea what I have been through with this van”. .. he said “I dont care what you have been through.” He refused service to me and my family and I was shocked and hurt as I was disrespected by the OWNER of AUTOMOTIVE COMMERCIAL REPAIR. . . . .I told him I was going to file a complaint.
I DO NOT recommend this mechanic or it’s organization to anyone. A true definition of someone’s character is how we respond under pressure.. . .He was rude and should not be trusted and I did nothing to him.
