I just brought a Buick Regal from AAF. Before I got it home the back window keep falling down and the check engine light came on. I had a diagnostic machine put on it and they told me it had 3 things wrong with engine. Also the window needs a rotor cable. Took car to their po care shop this last week and took them 4 hrs to just tell me what was wrong. They reset the check engine light and said I'd have to pay $166 to fix window. He said he would recommend me a muffler shop because the catalytic converter was messed up. It would cost me 6 to 800 dollars to fix it. I just paid $710 sales tax and a $350 car payment before I had it a month. The car runs but skips and runs bad. It is a lemon. The check engine light came back on 2 days after they reset it. When you call them they are always out or at a meeting the lady says. You can't communicate with any of them. They just want their money. The manager at Fayetteville AAF said he would get it right because I was a good customer and fix it but it hasn't hapoen. They lied to me about the car and probably had the check engine light reset before I brought it. Besides that it is a 2002 Buick Regal and ithey charged me over $10,000 for it and it's not worth over $3,000. So don't listen to their lies about what they will do for you because they won't . These people keep avoiding you and putting you off until the warranty or mileage is up. I lost my job in 2014 from getting rid of our dept. And I had car from them took it back talked to JTI told them I lost my job and they threaten me and told me I had to go to Cash fish ....another one of theirs and get another car that I could $50 a week on or they would take me to court. Now I had no job but I did and all they had was one vehicle....2001 van. I had to have it fix too. Never go to AAF. They are deceiving and once they get you to sign the papers your trouble begins.
