Autoliv Industries, maker of Automotive Safety Equipment, Airbags, and Seat Belts, is putting the driving public at risk by using Untrained Temporary Day Workers Provided by Team Quality Services through Labor Ready, to inspect and verify the quality of their Safety Equipment produced for the General Driving Public.
These Temporary Day workers are untrained, and are paid by the day so in some cases don't even show up for work the next day, these same Temporary workers operate on a day to day basis with little or no guidance and supervison sometimes 12 to 15 Temporaries to one full time Team Quality Services employee. These Temporary workers are continously passing bad parts through the porous audit system and are getting through to the OEM who subsequently finds them at the assembly sight.
The use of these untrained, Temporary Day workers to verify Vehicle Safety Equipment is putting the Driving public at Serious Risk and could cost lives on the Road.
