Tried to purchase CPO Porsche Panamera from dealer. When first test drove vehicle, it had not gone through service. Car was dirty, noisy and needed brakes. Dealer assured us that everything would be fixed. We reluctantly put a down payment for vehicle. After over 3 weeks and multiple calls without response, dealer finally called and stated car was ready to pick up.
On day of visit, we called ahead and asked to have car and paperwork ready by 4:30. When we arrived, car was not ready. After 2 hours of paperwork, car was finally brought out to us. Salesman went over features of car after dealer was closed. We drove car home and immediately contacted dealer the next day to complain.
Car had paint chips outside and was dirty inside. Worst item was poor engine response. After multiple phone calls, emails and finally a formal letter to return car, dealer wrote a nasty response telling us they would not take car back and we had no choice. Would not trust dealer with my bicycle.
