After ordering this product I noticed that the sleeve that houses the individual body part to be stimulated was not correctly aligned with the shaft. I also noticed the instruction video sponsored shows the part I received was a “demo Version“ which is smaller than the original auto blow AI version I was expecting.. My experience was very unpleasurable so I tried contacting the company for a refund. The emails they sent me back said absolutely nothing as far as the request for my refund after I explain to them “in detail” the problems that I was having.
With all their “contact us links“ and the phone number 1-800-828-6302 which uses COVID-19 as an excuse for not speaking to anyone on the phone, they send this impossible return policy but no RMA return information to get started. If I had of seen there is basically no return policy I would have never purchased the item in the first place. I believe their policy for refunds is unlawful and is fraudulently designed to cheat the customer.
This falsely advertise demo version of the auto blow AI machine clearly gives no stimulation for me. The company is hiding behind the curtain of generic emails, automated phone messages and COVID-19 and not addressing any of my issues. They’re calling their demo version a limited edition which is an actual lie because the video shows it to be a demonstration model. Bottom line is I want my refund and I want to give them back this piece of machinery which does nothing for me and they keep hiding behind the Iron Curtain that they have built.
Their return policy needs to be advertised more identifiably on their website so customers can stop throwing away their money to this company. I order a lot of things online and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Companies like this need to be held accountable for their fraudulent sales activities. This product is brand new and useless to me I want my refund. They’re hidden return link is not noticeable and the details in it once they send it to you are impossible to comply with. They will not negotiate nor compromise by selling a product that is not strong sturdy or intended to last for the price...
