Brought my Audi A4 in for common diagnostic errors. I had found a vacuum leak ie, a cracked diverter valve housing and asked them to address it. Allow me to be clear~ I told them specifically where the vacuum leak was, ie.. failed part.
While they had the vehicle, I made the mistake of throwing them a bone and allowing them to change my plugs. After 2 full days and failed to address the primary issue, ie, the failed PCV valve - even after I pointed out to them what the problem was! They did however hand me a bill for a $327.00 spark plug change. I should have done it myself!
After pulling the vehicle from the shop for lack of work. I drove to the dealer and purchased the part and changed it myslef. It took all of 20minutes. Reset the codes and that was that.
If you need diagnostic work on your vehicle, don't go here. If all you need an oil change or plugs changed, anything any backyard grease-monkey can do- by all means, take it there~ and expect to pay through your teeth.
