Auto View LLC (located at 5511 North Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33604) is a criminal enterprise. They sell very unsafe vehicles--not fit for purchase or travel. Unfortunately, recently because my engine on my used Prius exploded during a towing accident due to negligence from UHAUL, I was tricked into purchasing a 2008 Nissan Altima from them. To make matters worse, I made a terrible error while using CashApp. Accidentally, I pressed send instead of request for an amount totalling $2820.
I was requesting a refund for a criminally dangerous vehicle that I bought in haste from said disreputable car dealer. Because I had set up a payment plan with said car dealer, I had to pay $520 per said arrangement by May 19th, so that they wouldn't charge me a late fee and potentially repossess the vehicle--which can seriously damage one's credit. That is why prior to the missent $2820, there was a payment for $520 to said so called merchant (criminal is more a fitting term).
En route to sending said $520 payment, I had been trying to get a refund--or, at worst, a different vehicle from Auto View LLC. An attorney who is an expert in Florida law advised me that I have 2 options: Small Claims Court and #2 potentially a criminal aspect of the case would be taken over by a government agency. I also double checked with a Nissan licensed mechanic who said that it is "criminal" to sell a car in the state that they did and not telling me about the missing andor damaged parts for oil, transmission, braking, and wiper fluid.
To further complicate matters, the CashApp account that I sent all of those payments to is a salesman for said car dealer and after I contacted him, he suspiciously claimed that though he and Auto View now have $5640 from me for a car that only required $4380 for full payment, he cannot send me back at least the $1260 overpayment amount via Cashapp (unless his manager authorizes it).
This is ridiculous. If necessary, at least to show the difference owed to me immediately as per the contract that I signed and due to my CashApp error, I can attach a copy of said contract and the payment plan agreement. Avoid these thieves at all costs! payPADFASAPAMAP; Thank you very much!
