Just to inform everyone out here who ship car from one location to another. Please be aware of AUTO TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS (FAST TRACK). Pleasssse, insn't about you are in rush to get your car move or not. This company so call AUTO TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS (FAST TRACK) will promise you what ever it takes just to collect your credit card information and also make you signed documents about 200$ deposit. Please everyone who is reading this report, we don't have to give this kind of people business. Even, if you don't move car often, at least that one time don't give them your business. Pleaaaaaaase, cause is another type of scam, base on other reports I found online about them. Your car will not pick up as promised by lady name (TERRY) and she will ask to cancel you order after couple days. After wasting your time and energy base on a lies at the first place, she will refused to give you back your deposit. Please everyone there's so many companies online you can choose from. But definitely not AUTO TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS (FAST TRACK)
Nightmare! Called and spoke with Terry on 5/2. She told me that within 24 hours we would have a shipper assigned and our car would be able to be picked up by our moving deadline. This sounded good, so I authorized $150 deposit and signed the agreement. 24 hours passed, and no work from Terry. I also checked my bank account and saw that I was charged $200, not $150.
I emailed her a few times and called several times, only to receive voicemail. I left messages and emails. The next day Terry called, and I voiced my concern about the overcharge and the lack of communication. She said their email went down and she didn't get my messages. She said that they'd refund the $50 overcharge too. Terry then said that the pickup is NOT guaranteed, and she'd never guarantee it within 24 hours. On the 5th and last possible day, I called/emailed Terry, and she finally called back. Still no shipper. On 5/8/2017- I told her to cancel my request and refund my $50 over charge. She said they're working on it and refused to cancel. She said the order was dispatched and I would now get charged a dry run fee. I said that I was not paying any fees since I haven't been shipped or called by anyone, and my deadline for pickup has passed. Terry began yelling and arguing with me on the phone. I got sick of it, emailed again with all of my info and told her that I would be posting reviews online. Now, I'm out $200 and my car is awaiting a new 5 Star shipper to make the 1500 mile trip. AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS!
This company is not legitimate. The reps are very charming and very sincere but they are liars and scammers! They gave me a competitive quote and required a down payment to book the shipping of my car across the country. Lots of calls and loads of attention until after the deposit was made. Now days before my car is to be shipped no one will answser or call me back. I have been ripped off! No one is ever available NOW that I signed a contract.
I called auto transport solutions to ship my car. I spoke with a woman, Terry. She took my deposit and guaranteed my car would be picked up in the next couple of days. The pick up date came and passed and she refused to answer my phone calls!!! I paid for a service that was not provided!
