The following is my own personal opinion and apprently, it is an opinion shared by many consumers in the auto transport industry who have been victimized by these sub-human rats.
Owner Keith Hecht and Manager Aaron Frisch are both rotten to the core, evil scum-of-the-earth human excrement. They will lie, cheat and steal to trick you into doing business with them. They will badmouth other comapnies and tell you that they own their own trucks when in fact they are just brokers. They are the quintessential boiler room telemarketing scam outfit.

Even the BBB has a special paragraph stating there is a pattern of complaint!
They are F Rated with the following warning prominently displayed on the BBB site.
Pattern of Complaint
BBB files indicate a pattern of complaint concerning Auto Transport 123's sales, billing, and customer service practices. Consumers are telling BBB about various issues they have experienced while attempting to have a vehicle transported using Auto Transport 123's broker services. A number consumers allege the company's representatives use high pressure or deceptive sales tactics to get them to sign up, such as promising specific pick-up and delivery dates, assurances of no cancellation fees or no charges made to their credit cards until dispatch.
These consumers claim that what the sales person promises them during the sales pitch often turns out to be misleading and incorrect. When problems arise with the transport services, many consumers report that the response from the company's customer service staff is inadequate to address their issues. These consumers claim they have to repeatedly call the company to get updates or confirmation on a pick-up or delivery date which has been altered. Some consumers say the lack of communication from the company results in their opting to cancel the reservation with Auto Transport 123. Many of those consumers claim they are charged $100-$250 as a cancellation fee and are unable to get a refund from the company.
They received a warning letter from the U.S. Governmental agency FTC warning them about their deceptive sales practices.
This transport company has an offfice out of Baldwin NY. They promise to get your car towed and harass you until you sign a contract. As I did. After you sign contract salesman will avoid you at all costs. I have texts and contract proving I was their customer and they couldnt get car moved as promised. Disrespect lies and excuses is all you will get from this dishonest company.
Autotransport123 told us everything we wanted to hear, we gave them a deadline, we were told it was not an issue, they have their own driver's not posting it on central dispatch. That was the first lie we heard. A week before the deadline, still failed to produce a driver. We contracted them to ship a car from Alabama to Maine, gave them 2 weeks to get it here. 5 days out we kept hearing, "we are just waiting for the driver to sign off"...My wife bought me this car for Father's Day and told Leo it had to be home by June 19th. No one answers the phone and my wife left numerous voice mails and none were returned. We cancelled them on June 14th. Today we were notified that they have a driver picking up the car today or tomorrow, after we cancelled and hired a new company. Again, no return calls from Leo or anyone at the company tonight. I called the driver and informed him the car was no longer there to be picked up. They charged my account $100.00 for cancelling the contract that they failed to honor and sent a driver. Do yourself a favor, don't use this company. We have been told that this company has changed their names numerous times. Do your research, check reviews on all the sites possible. yelp, bbb.org, transportreviews.com or transportautoreviews.com are just a few sites to check.
I hired Auto Transport 123 via Aaron to transport a 2007 Harley Davidson FLHT from the dealer in Pocatello, ID to Omaha, NE at an agreed upon amount of $625 and the $225 was to be charged to my account when the bike was picked up. On March 22, 2016 the driver arrived at the dealership and took possesion of the motorcycle to bring to Omaha, the dealership closed and the employees all left. Sometime after the dealership closed the driver left the motorcycle sitting with the keys in it in the parking lot of the dealership and left without notifying anyone.
The dealership made several attempts to contact Auto Transport 123 with no response so they secured the motorcycle and waited to hesar from us as to what they should do with the motorcycle. On March 25 we attempted to reach the drive as we have never been notified that the bike was not being delivered as scheduled with no response from the driver. On March 26 I contacted the dealership to ask if they new anything about the bike and the told me the bike was still at the shop that the drive had just left it in the parking lot and they had put it back in storage for us and were waiting instructions. I called the customer service number at Auto Transport 123 on March 26 and asked what was going on with the motorcycle and the response I received was "That is a really good question I have no answer at this time"
This response and lack of concern ws upsetting and after trying to find out whsat was going on sand asking about getting my money back was told that they had dispatched the load and that was the end of their responsiblity I could not expect them to be responsibile for the actions of the driver. I thought I had hired a company to deliver my motorcycle and they were asting like I hierd a service to find a truck and nothing more. After a weekend of trying to find out what was going on and when the motorcycle was going to be delivered I was told by Aaron that I could not hold him responsible and that he had spent his time listening to me complain about the service which he felt was more than I should hsave been given. Ay yhis point I told him I wanted to cancel the contract due to lack of performance and wanted my $275 back as they had taker $50 more than the agreed upon amount already and the service was not performed and I did not want to trust them to again not send someone who would leave the motorcycle and drive off.
Aaron told me due to the circumstances he would discuss with accounting and see about a refund and 2 hours later sent me an email that stated that he would do nothing that was not in the interest of his company and has failed to respond to anything since then.
I was smart in the fact that I used a Visa card giving me the ability to dispute the service and get my money back but it is only because I am willing to stand up for myself and fight to regain the money I am out. But the trucker that delivered the motorcycle asked that I report the company so that others would not have to go through what we did.
Auto Transport 123 does not care about the contract you sign with them. They do not care about customer service. In the military, needing to ship car to next destination, gave them 3 weeks to get car from Georgia to Oregon. Car never made it. Numerous calls were placed along the way to AT123 to find out "updates" to shipping times, etc. I was met with either excuses from Casey and Keith or leaving voice mails that they did not return. When I inquired about them crediting me back the cost of the rental car we needed to rent they claimed it wasn't their fault. When talking with the carrier that they eventually contracted with we found out that they never even tried to get the car to Oregon. This company does not care about customer service, they don't care about deadlines and they certainly don't care about helping out service members in need of relocating vehicles. Do yourself a favor and look them up on the Better Business Bureau before you sign a contract with them. The "F" rating that they have on the BBB says a lot about this company!
