April 2016 I purchased a new convertible top for my car from autotopfactoryllc on eBay. After receiving and having the top installed the rubber surrounding the rear window began to separate. I contacted autotopfactoryllc to see what I should do. They were very courteous and helpful. I agreed to trying to repair the defects myself and was told by them if it didn’t work to contact them and they would make it right. They sent out some of the glue they use for me to try, I repaired two places but the rubber kept separating with time. I contacted them again September 26, 2016 because the rubber seal was still separating I also contacted them September 27,29, and October 07, 2016. They have returned no emails since my September 29, 2016 message. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau BBB CASE#: 520158, the following are their attempts to contact Auto Top Factory LLC.

What I have figured out from other people’s experiences is they will pacify you until eBay's 30 day window has passed, then they will not return calls or emails. You may have a different experience dealing with them in person but you should be aware dealing with them via the internet!
