It actually worked ? !

I bought a policy about 6 months ago, really just did it without really putting much thought into it. I have a 2015 Hyundai Veloster andi take good care of it, oil changes, etc. but i recently had an electrical issue, my camshaft sensor as well as my A/C turning off and on at random.

I called customer service because I did not see my book anywhere, they gave me the claims telephone number and I gave that to my Dealer.

All in all, I got a rental, the repair was $3600 and I paid my Deductible and picked my vehicle up.

Truly I was surprised I didn't have to pay more than my $100 deductible. really helpful.

Jan 23, 2017, I purchased an extended warranty for my 2008 Chevy HHR.I paid $275.00 up front and was paying 148.05 per month. My contreact number is SAM101710. My last payment was supposed to be July 2018. The contract was good for 48 months. Mar. 20, 2018 I purchased a new car. I called the company to canell the warranty. They said I had to put it in writing. I mailed the letter Mar. 20.After a couple of weeks and I hadn't heard anything. I called them. They said it usually takes about a month. I waited a while and called again. I was told by David (supposedly a supervisor) that my refund was mailed May 4. Still, no check.

I waited a little while and called again. David told me the refund was mailed May 17. They had told me the refund would be more than 1200.00. They did put the initial 275.00 into my checking account. Still no check. I called and asked David if they could stop payment on the check and put the balance of the refund in my checking account. He said no, I had to wait for the check. Tomorrow makes four months since I asked for my refund, and I still don't have my money. I have filed a complaint with the Cal. Attorney General. Now they don't always answer the phone. I think they have had plenty of time and I don't know what else to do. Thank you,

On JAN. 11, 2018 I called David Gray to cancel my contract because I still had another year on my warranty with the dealership that I bought the car from. When I signed up with Mr. Gray's company I told him I still had another year with my current warranty and not to put his contract into effect until Apr of 2018. He has had my $2,152.00 for over a year and earning interest on it all this time.

When I called Gray and told him about having my money for over a year and reminding him about not putting his warranty into effect until Apr. of 2018, and the fact that I did not use his warranty because I still had one, he told me that asking to wait for the coverage to be put into effect a year later would like telling McDonald's to sell spaghetti. After some arguing he said the money minus $300.00 for prorating and $75.00 for cancelling would be sent to me. I called in Feb. Gray said he would have to consult with another dept. I called 3 times in Feb. and was told gray would call me back, which of course he did not do.

I called on March 5 and was told the money would be put back on my credit card and to check every morning to see that it was returned. Like a fool I checked every day and nothing was returned. I called again and was told it was wired and to check with my credit card company. No good. I called again on March 12 and was told that the check was mailed to my home. Every day I looked for the mail and was dissappointed each time. I called numerous times and was told he would call back. Didn't happen. I finally talked to Gray and he acted like he didn't know me and he would have to check another dept.

I called on March 26 and I asked Gray why the hell he was doing this to me and he said "Oh. Cursing already? I will call back when you are in a better mood." I asked to speak with his superior and he said "Who? The Janitor?" I lost it and said "You f**king b*****d!" Sorry for the language, but I am sooo frustrated. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I called within my 30 days and after getting the run around was told to go to page 11 to cancel. I sent everything in and its been 2 1/2 months and haven't heard from anybody for my refund.

On September 27, 2016 I recieved a phone call from Auto Protection Plus. They said my pickup warrenty was out. I needed a extended warrenty. Which I knew I should get one. So I took it out. The guy said I had 30 days to look over the policy . If I didn't like the policy I could get a full refund. Said I'd recieve the policy next week. It took 2 weeks to recieve and didn't leave much time to go over the policy.

After reviewing the policy we decided to cancel. Because page 9 contradicted what they covered on page 8. I called the company and he wanted to know why we wanted to cancel. I tried to explain, but he kept argueing with me. He finally said go to page 11 and follow the instructions. I did and sent everything back in a certified letter back with return reciept on October 22. I paid 99.00 dollars and payed with my credit card. Then I had to cancel my cards so they wouldn't charge another month to my cards. I have waited 1 1/2 months for a refund as they promised and have yet to recieve my refund.

I do not recommend there company to anybody. The policy claims to cover everything and after you take it to repair shop and call them ahead of time as the policy states they rarely cover anything.
