We got a loan through Auto Loan LLC about two years ago for around $5000. We got in a bind for a couple payments and was about two months late and they repo'd our truck. We made a payment and paid the towing company and got our truck back. So we didn't have to worry about that happening again, We called to find out what the payoff was and they told us 1885.49. We had it paid down to about 650.00-700.00 and they told us that it was past interest that was due and this was only good for 3 days. So we sent in the payment by money order since they said they Quit taking card payments over the phone and checks. (I found kind of strange since this was a loan company). We received an email stating they received payment and it was being processed. We sent in the GPS device and requested our title back. Ever since then, we have not been able to get a hold of them and they haven't released the liennon our title according to the DMV or sent our title to us. There is also no way to contact them to get this fixed which now makes it difficult to sell our truck with a clear title in which we paid cash for. Very frustrating.
In 2014 I initiated a loan with this company. They required that I sign a Power of Attorney document for the State of Florida Vehical Dept, send them the title and put a tracking device in my car that they overnighted to me. Once the tracking device is installed, you call the company, they see your car and deposit your loan in your checking account. I borrowed $1,600 and the monthly payment was $352 a month for a year. I found out at the the end the year they also wanted a one-time payment of $1,900 in order to get my title returned. I called them and said I couldn't make the final payment and they re-did the loan for another year, $312 a month with $2,100 final payment. I made a couple of the new payments then stopped paying them. 2 months ago I received a letter from the Colorado Attorney General's office stating that this company could not legally do business in the state of Colorado and that they name they were using was false. They also stated that the state has sued the company and that I was entitled to any money that I paid them. The big news, a duplicate title to my car was included with the letter. This company is run by crooks.
My car was repossed when all payments were made. my was stolen and soled within 3 days and no one from auto loan would return my calls. i received a letter from department of justice consumers dept but it was to late to find my car. i never missed any payments they stole my car and all my valuables inside and my heart is broken
Wanting extra money when wanting to move my bill date. They agree to the terms and them when it goes to move it. They ask for an extra $100 The address I have for them is not even in the united states. When I was first looking into the loan. The never told me that when I made payments that it was not even going to the loan. Its only interest. I still have to pay my loan off completely. If I would have known any of this I would have never gotten the loan. I'm in more debt now
