These people installed a windshield on my car 2 days later there was a crack and it was from underneath fixed. The windshield has not gotten any worse however when the lady comes out (3rd visit)she immediately tries to tell me it's a rock that hit my windshield in the exact same place.
She fails to remember that I had an appointment she made for me To Replace the windshield in which she was in agreeance to begin with with me and the tech...but I was unable to make the 1st appointment due to said family issues.
The Tech even admits in front of her that yeah this crack is from beneath the windshield not on top. I want my money back or I want my windshield fixed that's all there is to it 100% their fault.
Horrible Service! We originally went to the location for faster service, the office was NASTY! Ants were crawling on the chairs and the waiting room was disgusting! After 20 min past and my car was still not even moved to the working area,I left! The receptionist agreed to send someone to me for a higher quote. I just wanted to leave, so I agreed. The driver came at the agreed upon time and did NOT have the correct glass. He left my car with no glass on a rainy day for hours!! The receptionist was very kind, but this business is a joke! I will write every site possible to make sure that no one else falls for this! You get what you pay for is normally true, but this is much worse!
Wait it gets better,, they are now trying to charge me $80.00 above quote to keep the glass. What a corrupt company!
