Craigslist list add was inquiring about a boat to purchase was sent to Autodemag website. I called the number was answered by a female and her location was in California. She told me the item I was looking for was in Pensacola Florida and that she would transfer me to that facility. I was transferred (across the desk) to a gentleman and he told me that he was at the warehouse in Florida where the boat was being stored at . Told me to register and follow all the procedures and everything would go smoothly (For Them) . So I too was fooled and checked everything just like everyone else has done this Scam is real good . You normally do not talk to anyone in a online scam but you do with this one . I have sent information to the authorities and I still have back door access to the website . When I tried to go in secretly to the web site it shut down completely. Try to access the web site it will tell you your server is no longer accessible.
They went into other web articles to use the information and the pictures . If anything is said about a company other then Autodemag they take the name off and put their name in it's place . Listen don't be fooled purchase in person - If it sounds real good ! It's going to be real bad ! Too late for me hope I can help you .
I saved for a year to buy a little speed boat. I finally found one on craigslist and the owner sent me to autodemag saying it was a safe way for both of us to do this transaction. It was a very elaborate scam. I'm so shocked! I can't believe there are people this evil. Aparently they've done it to a few other people because the reports are coming in. This will be the 4th this week I believe. My bank has done a recall of the 28000 thousasnd dollars that I wired to an account in florida. I don't believe it will have any money in it. I'm so deflated. Pls no one buy from them ever!. They've blocked my computer and phone to the site now. I can't access it from anywhere that I did before. These people are pro's. Its so sad that they put their energy in something so cruel. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I hope this helps someone else.

I was told the boat was being held and stored by a consignment company, Auto Demag Consignor (ADC) and provided the link (autodemag.com) to see more pictures and to also learn more about how Auto Demag works. After hours of searching the internet to learn more about Auto Demag I could only find find good recommendations, and numerous examples of their existance. Being convinced of the legitmacy of this company I had my Credit Union wire the amount of $7,500 to the bank listed on the purchase instructions. The bank was a TD Bank located in Miami at 200 South Biscayne Blvd 33131. I was to receive follow-up shipping information after the deposit was made, which I did. Iwas told the bosy released for shipping and arrive 4 days later on the 27th of August. It's arrival never happened. I am now beginning to learn that what I thought was unlikely is highly likely. Auto Demag, and everything about them was nothing more than an extreme creation of a coporation that does not exist, and is nothing more than an internet AVATAR experience. Anyone reading this please have nothing to do with Auto Demag Consignor Inc. Please do not wire transfer money to anyone under any circumstance. For decent people, it is hard for us to understand the mindset of people without conscience that would go through such extremes to steal from those who have worked honestly and hard to get what they have. Once again, HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH AUOT DEMAG CONSIGNOR!!!!!

He will force third party consignment house Auto Demag Consignor (autodemag.com) as required to complete transaction. Auto demag will now step in with large website, extensive automated online 'fleecing' mechanism via forms, email, even voicemails. Wire transfer required to release shipment but as "trusted" intermediary (dozens of phony testimonials) they guarantee money back guarantee and 7 day right of refusal. The Autodemag website we registered by a 'Scott Spencer' in 2014 and has been running this scam now for 3plus years. I have reported this ongoing international fraud (see locations listed on website) to State of FL Attorney General, State of IL Attorney General, FTC, Craig's List, eBay, etc. Please beware complete, very sophisticated, fraud. They have my 23k which is probably wire transferred multiple times to outside the country by now

"Seller"tells you item is at 3rd-party (ADC) warehouse...hence can't be inspected prior to shipping. ADC purports to hold buyer's cleared funds for 7 days after "delivery" to buyer so buyer has 7-day inspection period to approve item before funds are released to seller... all BS ! Multiple internet reviews give ADC 5-Star reviews...all BS ! Buyer gets numerous reasons for a delayed delivery; no one answers emails or the company phone number; minimal details regarding "delivery"requirements for buyer ( there won't be one...)
Pretty sure my wired funds are long gone from their Miami account...I see that their fake seller name "Anna Farrington"--complete with forwarded CA driver license so I can get my "RV" titled when it (never) arrives--was used for another of their scam victims.
Way too late for me to get my money back from these CROOKS..hope this protects you from this FRAUD !
Purchased a camper through a lady (Dr. Anna Farrington) from craigslist and she informed me that she had it at Auto Demag Consignors in Miami, Fl and that they would ship free of charge up to 1000 miles and we live in PA so it is 863 miles and she sent me the link and we researched the company and found nothing bad about them so we proceeded with the sale of the camper. We wired Auto Demag $7300 and it was supposed to be delivered on Aug. 20th, received and email on Aug. 20th informing us that there was a car accident and that the item is being delayed until Aug. 23rd which is today and we have not heard back from them since Aug. 20th and they are not returning emails or answering the phone.
I wish these scam reports would have popped up a few days ago so that we would not be out the money that we wired, we have filed a police report and also have contacted our bank.
If you are thinking of buying from Auto Demag stay FAR away they are a really good scam company and not sure how they have not gotten caught yet but when they do I hope they fry them all!!
I found a deal on Craiglost Southern California for a Caterpillar Mini Excavator and person (Frederick Myles) got back to me after a month or so I quoting on it..said he was off on family emergency and father had owned the machine.. just passed away so he was back from Emergency and ready to sell. he led me to Auto Demag and I wired money for the machine after registering g and negotiating the purchase pro e with Frederick Myles. The next thing I get a notice that machine was delayed in shipping due to another client piece of merchandise on shipment that couldn't be delivered. Then a day or so later there was an emaibotixe that a at crashed into delivery truck And they needed to get another transport:. Now I get an email that I'm being refunded my money and deal is off.. it's a SCAM and I feel like an idiot.. a single dad with 4 children
