Also, please report your experiences to the Texas Attorney General, Rip Off Report, The Consumer Protection Agency, The Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau and contact the local news stations. It’s time to make this business accountable for all of the people that they have wronged and treated so poorly! I spent hundreds of dollars of my hard earned money for hard and stiff braids that are not full. They (over) charged me more than I was initially quoted and the list goes on. They have did these deceptive practices to others as well. I was so disappointed and disgusted that I left without saying anything else because they are so rude and they do not care about your hair. Do not let them comb your hair! You will be bald when you leave. I watched them comb someone’s hair extremely hard and rough and they pulled it all out and they tried to do the same to me. They do not sanitize anything that they use on you. There are videos and photos to prove everything that I am saying and also you can Google their company name and check their reviews on other sites including Yelp. You will have the same comb used on your hair as everyone who came before you and it is NOT sanitized nor are any of the furnishings. I watched them drop a comb on the floor and pick it up and use in someone’s hair. That’s what they think of you. Not even worthy of a clean comb in their eyes. If you are an African American woman, do not go here. You are not that desperate! Seek a professional from Style Seat. They don’t realize that some Black women in America speak French as well or know how to use a translator app. If I could tell you the nasty and insulting things that they say about you American Black women while speaking in French, you would never step foot in this so called business. It’s tacky, nasty and ghetto. Turn on your translator app and listen in your head phones if you do not believe me. They are rude and extremely unprofessional. They botched my hair and did a horrible job. I will never return. If I could give them 0 stars I would because that’s what they deserve. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. You should not spend where you are not valued and where you will get below average service and no value for your money. There are too many talented other American women out there for anyone to deal with this mess. They will never get another dollar from me or anyone that I know. I am also alerting my followers to prevent anyone else from experiencing what I and many others have experienced in this horrible place.
