PayPal investigated entire history of AUSTIN PEN &PIXEL and decided in my FAVOR....Austin claimed he is not a SCAMMER and refunded.-Yet here's PROOF no he didn't refund....such a liar. THEY REVERSED CHARGES DUE TO A HIGH NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS FROM THIS PERSON. He will take your money. Do not do business with this person you will regret it.
