DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN TAKE YOUR DOG!!!!! She is a fraud and abuses animals. We boarded our almost 5 mo old puppy with her while we went on vacation. On Day 4, we got a call from the Austin Police Department, telling us that, among other things, an eyewitness had seen her hanging our puppy in the air by her leash, choking her until she pooped. 911 was called, and, after hearing what had happened, the police took our puppy away from her. We had to have a friend pick the puppy up at the police station. The Austin Police Department is conducting a criminal investigation of her and her actions. After the incident, we got a long, slurred, voice mail from her, claiming that she had done nothing wrong. She was obviously drunk when she left the voice mail message and was threatening to sue the police. We also learned that she was keeping our puppy at a motel in North Austin. Beware that she uses different names (apparently to try to keep you from seeing her reviews). She initially told us that her name was Donnie, even though her real name is Linda or Lindy. STEER CLEAR!!! She has no business being around animals and hopefully will soon be prosecuted for animal cruelty.

BEWARE!!!!! Do your research!!! This lady needs help! Here was her reply to my decline for service: Trainers and behaviorists are not created equal, you are paying cheap, you get what you pay for and it will not work for you. I am hugely cheap because MY GOAL is to stop people from putting down their dogs or returning them to shelter. You are too stupid to run with expertise when you had it from me, my offer is off the block because the humans are too out of step, ignorant. I know you will not have wat you need with any other, but your ignorance when you heard from me what your pup needed/you did not go forward is what noone others do, you are a jerk and ignorant and a horrid dog owner. My price is times 3 when you need me, and you will. I will probably not serve you because you are so human selfish plus ignorant about your dog, I think you are a person who should not own a dog,, you are very bad to and with your dog. f -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Re: help for your pup and your daughter's From: Kristina Date: Thu, December 01, 2016 6:02 am To: help @ austindogwhisperer Lyndy Thank you for your time in talking with me. Although I would undoubtedly learn a lot from training with you, the cost is too high for us at this time. I have hired another trainer willing to work in my budget. I will keep your information and if our situation changes I will be in contact with you. Thank you again and best of luck to you. Kristina

I adopted a pitbull and needed to find a trainer to help me a with getting her under control. I contacted a lot of trainer and none of them felt right. Lyndy contacted me and she made me feel like she was the best bet for my pup. I was honest with her from the beginning that I was going to need a lot of help from her since I had never hadone a dog like mine. She came to my house twice. The first time went okay, she showed me what to do and how to act around my pup to show her who was pack leader. She pushed to use a prong collar, which i didnt like but it worked. But the second time she came out it almost seemed like she hated being around. She only did half the session and we made arrangements for us to meet again at a dog park. When we met at the dog park she seemed more aggressive with my dog than I would have liked but I thought she was the professional and I had never done any train for a dog before. At the end of our time she said that I should really consider using an ecollar on my dog if I wanted to be able to control her. I told her I wanted to give my dog some time to see if she would catch on to the training after a few repeat times at the dog park. I should have known then that she was unprofessional since she called me an idiot but I let it slide. I received a text from her stating that she would have a dog over Thanksgiving if I wanted to meet up with she could help me a little more. I told her I didn't know my schedule but I would let her know. I then received the following text back: "You are too stupid to own this dog. When the puppy golden retriever comes running at you and you look at the heaven like oh my God life is going to be disastrous and I handle the situation and you check out them I knew you were too stupid to own this dog. You learn to move forward or I take this job from you you have no right to own this dog you are too weak too inexperienced to unwilling to move forward you are too stupid to own the dog this job needs to be with someone who is as strong pack leader and or she needs to be put down better than with you because she's going to be in trouble and she will end up in the shelter with you because she will make mistakes and you have no clue how to handle your job you are inanept you Will create shelter kill, you ignore me and are very over your head." I had never felt like such a failure at anything in my life nor had a felt so victimized. We had only met three times for a total of 4 hours and she was calling me stupid. The altercation between the golden she was talking about was that a dog came at my dog while Lyndy was holding the leash, so I let her handle it since she was the professional. I couldnt believe that I had spend almost 500 on her and she turned around and called me stupid.

I contacted Lynn Adams (or Donny as the emails were signed) The Houston Dog Whisperer on 9/23/2016 for help with my dog. The initial contact was great and i was really excited for her help after my friend HIGHLY recommended her, though said she was a bit intense and slightly "manhandled" his dogs. We had scheduled our "consultation" for 10am on 10/5/2016.

I am a criminal defense paralegal, and on the morning of 10/5, my office got called into Trial on a Capital Murder case that we weren't expecting to head to trial on for several more weeks. I IMMEDIATELY contacted Lynn/Donny at the email i had been using to contact them as I did not have immediate access to a contact number to call while we (my office and staff) were in urgent trial prep mode. This was at 730am when i learned i wouldnt be able to make the 10am meeting.

At 10am, i get a missed call and visual voicemail from an Austin phone number saying that they were here and wanting to know where to go to meet us.

I called back moments later and explained what was going on, and explained that i had emailed over 3 hours prior saying i wouldnt be able to meet and asking to reschedule.

Lynn/Donny became extremely rude and unprofessional saying she doesnt drive 6 hours for nothing, that its Bulls*** that i wasted her time she was going to send me a bill not having the decency to call and tell her to not drive since she "left austin at 5am to make our 10am meeting."

(ONE- it takes 2.5hours to make that drive ANY route you take way, ive made the trip countless times. and TWO, her website, phone number, card, and email all alluded to HOUSTON, not austin and i would have never used her services in the first place if i knew she wasnt local.)
