While playing in a non-profit golf tournament, we were asked to participate in a fund raiser which you were to attempt to chip into an assortment of hula hoops. If you were successful, you would win your choice of a driver or a Zovatti watch. A successful chip was made and we received a coupon which indicated a website in which to redeem the prize. The dollar amount to participate was $20.00.
I have attempted to retrive the indicate prize to no avail. In the attempt, the website take me to a Golf (VW) web page which gives no option to redeem any prizes. Even looking down at the other websites, there doesn't appear to be any opportunites to redeem this prize. Total rip off.
The website is www.aureliusgolf.com/offer. HULA HOOP WINNER 2 was the category on the coupon. The of course we have a redemption code. There is no indication anywhere to find a place to redeem any watch or driver.
I just found this review and had to stand up. The certificate has very clear instructions on how to redeem your prize. Www.aureliusgolf.com/offer. It took me immediately to a page where I entered my redemption code and chose my gift. It said 6-8 weeks for delivery but I thought, for a custom club and no cost to me, the wait was not an issue. I did receive my custom driver in 4 weeks and it quickly became my favorite club in my bag! I donated $20 to play the challenge and so happy that I did because #1, it was fun, #2 I received a certificate for a free hybrid or wedge club #3 I helped charity and #4 I landed my golf ball in one of the hula hoops and won an excellent prize!!!
I don't buy the "Love my driver!" review in the least.... there is no way to get anything from these clowns. I "won" a driver, supposedly, and two months later, after not being able to access the company online or otherwise, I was in another tournament ... spoke to the rep at that tourney where he assured me that my situation would be handled immediately. He took all my information, then poof! Disappearing act for the past month and a half without a word. I've contacted the BBB to initiate a scam investigation on these guys. It's not about the money entered to win, nor is it about the lousy driver.... it's about ripoff artists getting away with this crap.
won ticket on raffle and submitted code gave all information but never got the driver, these people go on golf tournaments to scam players, still waiting for the club they say i won.
TOTAL SCAM!!! Played in a tournament May 27th and won a driver supposedly valued at $350. I asked to get one that the rep was promoting and had on hand as it was supposed to be the same one I won. He would not let me take it. I smelled a rat and immediately tried to claim my prize online. The website given on my coupon is no good. I did find a website under aurelius golf. I called the contact number and got a recording that it is no longer in service. I am not worried about the club as I was going to donate it to another fund raiser. It is so sad that people do this at benefits.I hope my posting helps these people get caught.
Sorry some have had problems with getting clubs, I played in a tournament paid the $20 won a ticket for the driver. After reading the other post thought it was a scam also. So paid with America express card 10days later had club in hand Also got the fairway clubs LOVE THEM. SO TRY AGAIN TO ORDER
I participated in a $20 charity event, just like most of you... I didn't get it in the hoop but I did win the raffle... Ordered the club when I got home from the tourney (was easy even though I had consumed fsr too many beers just a couple hours earlier)
I ordered on May 23rd just after 6:30 pm and I just stopped home over lunch and it was waiting for me (June 4th).
That said, the $349 MSRP is a bit of a joke. That's why I gave 4 stars. I'm pretty sure not a single person has ever actually purchased this club, other than buying used from previous winners. I'm going to see what I can get for it with the packaging still on it...
Played in a charity golf outing in July 2018. I gave my $10.00 at a chance for the driver. I had to use their driver to put in the hoop. I did and got my code to redeem my club. Went to the web site and filled everything out. Said like 6 weeks to receive my club and it came this week. I havn't had a chance to hit the club yet but for $10.00 not a bad deal.
Bummed to read all the bad reviews. I was in the exact same situation as everyone else: won a raffle drawing at a charity golf event and was given my ticket to redeem for a watch or driver. I chose the driver, filled out the specifics I wanted (loft, shaft, length, handed, etc) and received it in the mail today - which was about 10 days after I ordered it. Haven't tried it yet but looking forward to it!
Had no problem redeeming - will re-post when it arrives
Had no problem accessing the redemption code once I realized I typed the address incorrectly. It did bounce me from www.aureliusgolf.com to dixongolfchallenge.com but the form came up immediately and it was self explanatory.
I will post a final review once we receive the driver or come back on here in 6 weeks if we do not receive the driver. [redeemed 8/202018 should receive no later than 10/15/2018]
I cannot speak to how much of the money they raised actually goes to the charity but I will look into this further and post that information. A friend is the one that headed the tournament and all funds went through him directly.
At a local benefit tourney a group of guys and myself played the Aurelius driver hole. We all payed 20$ to play. None of us landed a ball in the hula hoop which would have won you a free driver. We did receive a coupon for a website called nizzard where you could get a free wedge or hybrid for free only need to pay shipping and handling which was 29.99. I ordered a wedge and payed the s&h charge and my wedge came in no issues. Took about a week to get the wedge in. I won the raffle being held to win the free driver at the tournament. So I took my raffle ticket and built my club as I wanted. Once the process was completed I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive the club. I have not received a single email or phone call regarding the club. From my dealings with them in regards to the wedge service was fast and prompt. I'll keep this updated as far as the driver goes.
Won at tourney entered code boom said six weeks was here in two still in package haven’t hit it but I did use the one rep had on hand decent club I thought but seems Everone having problems but for 10$ raffle I got a club and won by my shot so two for 10 not bad
I played in a non profit as well and paid $20 at a chance for longest drive. I won and they gave me a certificate for a driver or a watch. I chose the driver. I got to completely customize the club to my liking and had it in hand cost free within 2 weeks. I thought it might be a cheapo but this driver is legit. Getting distance that I have never gotten before and feels great in hand. Sorry some didnt have a great experience. Maybe I was lucky but if you get a chance to swing one....dont knock it until you try it....seriously
I also received a code for a new driver. I did not find the order form that was given on my certificate but I did find it under another heading. I entered all of my information for my new driver. They said 6-8 weeks, it's only been about 2 weeks now. I sure hope this works out because I am co- chairman of our golf league and we are supposed to have Dixon golf at that tournament in September. Wish me luck!
took all of our money, 4 winners, all submitted their redemption codes, and NO ONE RECEIVED THEIR DRIVER!!! The worst part is this is being done at charity golf tournaments!!!!
I had the same issue as everyone else. Won a hula hoop prize for hitting my drive within the designated area. Entered my information on their website according to their instructions, selected a watch and guess what... over three months later... NOTHING! I only hope my money went to a good cause and not to someone's wallet. I can't wait to run into them again.
I played in a local tournament, won a driver and entered all my information on the website on April 2, 2016. I have yet to this day receive my driver. Redemtion code was good all information added correctly but don't have a clue how to contact the company. I should of received my driver no later that May 30, 2016.
I ordered my driver by redemption code after winning in a tournament last week. I emailed them to see what was standard shaft length and requested that it be cut down to 44" and they did so without a hitch. My driver complete with head cover arrived a few minutes ago with a 44" inch shaft. I'll soon try it out along with my 21 degree hybrid to see how they feel. Worst case, I'll pass them along to my son if they're not for me. This is NOT a scam!!!
played in a tournament, got in the hoop, got the club in the mail. proceeded to fall in love . i've hit titelist, Orlemar but hit the aurelius the furthest. also got thier fairway rescue and 56 wedge. like the wedge, don't care for the 4 rescue. people watch my swing and cannot believe my drives 225-265 If you think you have been scammed, keep trying I have had no problems.
I played in a local VFW tournament. They had the same Hola hoop challenge at our tournament. Didn't make it into the Hola hoops but won the raffle. When online filled out all the information. Took about 7 weeks to get my club, but finally arrived.
they showed up at a PBA charity outing and represented themselves as being affiliated with the charity. They also pushed their products and vanished before the outing was over. Can't find a contact number for them anywhere. They take advantage of intoxicated golfers who think they are donating to the charity they are playing for. Complete scam to push watches and cheap clubs.
Went to website given on sheet and entered code and received my driver in about two weeks. i have two Ping drivers and one Taylormade that were custom fit and I hit this driver as well as I hit any of them.
Don't know why others have had trouble. I just followed their instructions on the card I was given.
I played in three tournaments last summer and participated in this for two of the tournaments. I got it in the hoolahoop both times!! I gave one certificate away to a person in my group, but claimed the other certificate. I have the driver in hand and it took about 4 weeks to get delivered. I'm not looking to use my driver (going to sell it for as much as I can get), but I can say they will send the driver if you follow the instructions on the certificate. The watch was a little large for my taste, which is why I gave the other certificate away. I guess I'm one of the few that were able to claim the prize without any hitches.
What a total Joke! Just when you donate to a charity a think you win a new driver, the company turns out to shaft you! Never again will I fall for this!!!
Not sure the issue you all had. For participating we got raffle tickets and I was drawn. Ordered my driver which they said would take 6-8 weeks. Got in 2. I haven't taken the plastic off of it yet however. Thinking about selling it as I have a pretty good driver already.
I also entered a hula hoop contest. Same story-My redemption code had already been used. I tried to contact through email as the certificate instructed if you have problems. This place must be very busy since they cannot return my email. Total scam-like all the other responses. Charity golf tourney for a police department raising money to buy kids presents at Christmas. Nice job Aurelius Golf scammers!!!
I entered my info on the website. I got my clubs week later. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I definitely didn't have such a bad experience as everyone else seems to.

I know first hand
These people are crooks
They go by:
Dixon Golf.
And it’s foolish to have them at a fund raiser tournament.
They keep almost 80% of all money donated.
My wife did four tournaments for them before realizing how criminal they are.
She made $64 for doing her last tournament, Dixon Golf fined her $10 for not having her deposit in the bank till Tuesday morning.
Aureliusgolf.com/offer SCAM
There is no Www.aureliusgolf.com/offer website. Don't fall these people. I doubt any of this money went to the local Charity.
