I ordered hearing aids on Jan. 14th, 2020. I could find no negative reports on them so I gave them my credit card number to order.

They gave several reasons for delays, but in the end quit answering my e-mails (in April) and I did not get a refund or the product.

The name on the e-mails was "Amber, customer service" at Audix and "Amber, customer service manager" at Xoom Hearing.

This weekend, Audix Hearing went viral on Facebook, and sold over 2,000 units in just a few days. People all over the world are going crazy for our new Audix Hearing aids because they're at a price that nobody has ever seen before. The reviews are pouring in and the EV3 is looking like one of the highest rated rechargeable devices on the market, so you should be super excited to be getting your pair. Anyway, we wanted to let you know ahead of time that your shipment will be delayed and should arrive in about 1-2 weeks. Hello, I want to apologize for the late response. Rather than making up stories like companies all around the world are doing right now, I would like to share with you the complete truth about what is happening. Due to the corona virus, all of our manufacturing factories and supply chain have been massively impacted. We order parts from around the world and all production had come to a screeching halt. We are blessed to be a family owned business with a very strong company culture, but this scenario has nearly bankrupt our business because customers have started to cancel and file disputes with their banks.

I promise you, we have already paid our factories to produce 8,500 pairs of hearing aids and will be sending out EVERYONE'S hearing aids. You absolutely will get your product, it just will take longer. We are expecting to receive 4,000 pairs around April 15th, then another 2,000 pairs around May 1st. We will ship them out in the order of when they were purchased by customers.

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for understanding, kindness, and compassion during these testing times. I pray you feel how genuine this message is and that we promise to stand by all our customers and get them their products. If you could find it in your heart, we would be so grateful if you give us a positive review If Facebook asks you about your experience with our company. I tried emailing the company with no results.

I have emailed them several times, and each time, they sent a computer generated email saying that the hearing aids would come shortly. They never have. I tried calling the customer service number and got a recording that I needed to call within their business hours..(I was calling during the time specified).No response, no refund, and no hearing aids.

They are still advertising on facebook as of the beginning of this week (May 4) and when I emailed them, the new computer generated response claimed that they had received the parts and would be sent out May 8-May14th. Last time they said beginning of April....Still no hearing aids or refund.

Ordered 1-10-2020. Charged my Credit card 1-13-2020. Did a reply in Feburary they told me getting ready to ship would be a week to 10 days Did not receive. Did another reply in March and told me due to large demand they ran out of stock. Told me it would be another 30-45 days still never received and got no more answers from them.

Ordered 2 sets of hearing aides the beginning of Jan.2020. My card was charged $151.30 on Jan.14th. Have never received them and Audix has ignored all of my inquiries.
