Worst experience ever with audi of brooklyn. This dealership has no clue what they are doing and is a complete scam time outfit. First they charged me $292.00 for a part, then they charged me another $10.00 for an oversized part, then they tried to charge me another $150.00 for the same over sized part.
The incompetence at this dealership is reckless and it starts from the top down. I knew the part was oversized which is why i said to them “you should drop ship it to me, so you don’t have to incur any additional freight cost” the parts person, said not to worry about and i said ok.
Because of the incompetence or recklessness of this dealer and for wasting this much of my time i’m planning on contacting the ny attorney generals office, submitting a scamion.com review, bbb, yelp review and facebook on both the manufacturer and the dealer.
This is the kind of experience that does not bring customers back to the brand. Enough is enough with this brand and this dealership. I told audi usa if i don’t hear back within 24 hours, i will assume you don’t care either and are as reckless as your dealers, i’ll take my refund and start filing reports.
I have much better things to do with my time but this kind of recklessness combined with the amount of my time you’ve wasted gives me no choice but to tell the truth so others are not taken advantage of like i have.
The response from the dealerships rawle merchant “please feel free to go to whatever website you would like”. Which included david rosa [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. This is who and what you are dealing with.
The worst automotive buying experience in 35 years. My wife and I purchased a CPO 2012 S-Line Audi A4 with 12,000 miles from David Tso. Given the low mileage and CPO status, we purchased it sight-unseen, after having David give us a detailed panel-by-panel walk around description. He only noted one scratch on the rear bumper. However, when the car arrived in Michigan, I was appalled! The car had several dents the size of a quarter that cannot be repaired by a paintless dent remover. And there was a dent on the rear quarter panel that a 3-year old could have found. The car also had several scratches (more than 20) that were greater than 3 inches in length. 3 wheels had curb rash, and the front bumper had a 12 inch vertical crease in it from what appeard to be a slight accident. I would rate the condition a 6 out of 10.
After several attempts to resolve the situation through David, I refused to deal with him any longer as a rookie salesman in that he grossly misrepresented the condition of the vehicle due to complete incompetence and ignorance, or it was a deliberate attempt to take advantage of us knowing that we were out-of-state buyers. As a result we escalated the situation to Leo Menuzzo. I explained to Leo that I have a 2006 S4 with 70,000 miles that puts the 2012 CPO A4 to shame in terms of condition. The condition of the A4 was more in line with a car that had 75,000 miles or more on it. It was really that bad!
After some arguing and threats of legal action, Leo eventually agreed to renegotiate the price of the car to cover the damage, but we are still completely dissatisfied with the purchase and the manner in which the dealership attempted to defraud us by completely misrepresenting the condition of the car. BUYER BEWARE!!! I would not buy a car from this dealership again, and I don't believe the Audi CPO designation is worth the paper it is written on. Terrible Audi experience from a (previously) life-long loyal Audi consumer.
