I got an email from this person stating that I was being sued for not responding to my previous emails. I figured if this was legit, I would have gotten a letter at home. While I do not deny I owe this company, 1- The loan was not made in 2014 as per the email, 2- the amount was not correct. They got my bank card account number, my new job number, my cell phone which I just got a new number for. It went on to tell me that I need to respond if not I will be sued, got to jail for fraud etc. I tried to reach out and settle this, even though I found it strange and what do you know? The number can't be reached. The fax number is from Washington state. I even went to look at the address provided, While yes, there are law offices in that address no such person exists there. Now I am fearful that they have my social security number and bank account number.
