I did demos at grocery stores for a company called Surya Brasil through a promotional company called Attack! Marketing. I finished my last demo in August. I was told that once I sent all of my supplies back to the supplier (which I did) that I will be paid my final payment. This was in August. It is now December and I still have not been paid. I have tried to get in contact with somebody at this company for months with no response. Now, their phone number has been disconnected and nobody will respond to my emails. Apparently their office is now for rent so I am not sure if they went bankrupt. Please help!
Attack! marketing and promotions never pays on time. They do not follow what their website states, nor do they follow their contracts. This statement is straight from the website: "attack! works around-the-clock to get all of our talented reps compensated for their hard work in a timely manner. This is typically within 30-60 days of an event’s wrap. The industry standard is 4-6 weeks." all you will get from them is a lame refusal to acknowledge their gross breaches of contract with an email from a payroll employee about restructuring payroll and being behind for more than a year or that they "typically" pay in 60 to 90 days. This email will be the only place that a 60-90 day pay structure is ever mentioned and they refuse to honor their contracts. This company is unprofessional and will not pay you on time.
