I am truck driver otr .umatilla, oregon. I signed independent contact with Bahar eldean the owner of Atlas logistics LLC ,I worked from month of June 2023 until I voluntarily resigned on mid of September 2023.the owner asked me to bring the truck to the TA truck stop located in Lafayette, LA for his new driver and he (the owner)asked me to wash the truck on the way. the owner Bahar eldean told me thst he is going to process my payroll for the last 4 loads I did for his company and it was total 6000 miles at rate 0.55 cpm .the owner never pay me my work ,I tried to called him several time but he never and his cellphone.the owner later was texting me from his telegram account under name Brandon-Aka and told me thst I will have to wait 45 days inorder to receive my last paycheck and because thst was written on the independent contractors that I signed. I did waited over TWO MONTHS and never get an answer from him .I tried to call him alot on both cell and telegram but he never answered. I called his dispatches who operates in Uzbekistan to send him a message for my calls ,they said they did but I got no answer back from the owner .To All company driver and o/o Be aware of this Scams company, don't make the same mistake I did .and if you work for this company do not return the truck until you get all your loads Pays!! I couldn't find the company on Google so I can write a review of what happened. I contact Ohio state wage and hour division to file a wage came but they told me they can not help me because I signed an independent contractors to receive a W1099 and I will have to file a small claim in principle court and it must be located in or close to plain city ,OH where the company address is . BE AWARE DON'T WORK FOR THEM Those forgniers Are Real Scam and they will hold your money and will never pay you back .
I am a owner operator / small fleet owner. I leased on with Atlas Van Lines at the beginning of the shuttle fleet. after 3 years of creative log book running, total forced dispatch and cutbacks of drivers services, including contract cutting of 10 percent, atlas van lines owes my company in the range of $5000. for missing milage, services provided, and time spent on Atlas Van Lines projects. when questions about the monies owed the buck is passed away to a lesser subordinate. I ran into trouble with Mike Francis from the beginning of his promotion to operations supervisor, I am continuing the report into better business Bureau and dot where he has violations of conduct and will be brought to answer further reports.
