I wish that I could give this place a negative rating because they are the worst establishment with the most rude people I've ever dealt with in my life. I've had so many issues with my brand new 2015 Honda which I've only had for 10 months. This past time I went there was the final straw. My car started rolling backwards in the parking lot of my job even though my emergency brake was pulled all the way up. This was a Tuesday and when I called, the service department told me they weren't accepting walk ins and that I had to wait until Thursday. For a safety issue, it is beyond me that a dealership could say that to someone. They refused to give me a loaner car because they claimed that it could only take an hour, and when I actually brought it there, it took 5 hours. When I went back to pick up the car, I asked to speak to with a manager who was so rude and couldn't explain to me why my emergency brake wasn't fully engaged. They told me that it needed to be tightened but that shouldn't happen to a new car. After going back and forth trying to understand why it happened and receiving no real answer, the manager called me a liar and claimed he wasn't there so how would he know if it was actually rolling backwards. Another manager told me that they can't make every customer happy. How can you say that to a person!!! They told me I lied about a light coming on in my car when I first bought it, even though I had been there 3 times to have them look at it and no one could explain why the light was coming on. They told me I was a liar when they promised me three extra oil changes, even though I have documents showing that they put them in the computer. They are horrible, rude people and the dealership is full of crooks and liars. Save your self the trouble and do not go there!
