If you take online reviews take this seriously. I am not one to write reviews but I am going to warn other customers who might get tricked or lied to buy a car from Atlanta Luxury Motors - Roswell.
On 06/27/2016 I went to ALM to look at a vehicle I had interest in. I met a Mr. Rand and Khelife (Manager) who desperate to make a sale offered me $2000 on my 2000 Nissan Maxima if I purchased a vehicle before 06/30/2016. I returned on 06/30/2016 and selected an RX 350 2012 that I liked. They went back on their word and gave only $1300 on my Maxima. THey lured with this promise which they never kept...The vehicle had just come off lease and though not detailed - they promised to detail it, put gas on the car and put new tires. Having earned my trust, they assured me everything on the car was good and clean titled. During the process I asked the sales person to show me the carfax report despite having been assured it was accident free. Lo and behold - I found the car had an accident report which they lied about.
Even though the accident was minor and had been taken care - I started doubting the comapny's integrity. It was already too late. While closing on the car note - they forced financed my car through their bank which gave me a higher APR than my credit union had offered and rushed it through making it impossible for my bank to finance the car. They knowingly refused to sign the bill of sale which I didnt realize until my bank brought it to my attention when after the week end I faxed bill of sale to them. They had not signed my copy and instead they signed their original which they used to force finance my car through their preferred bank. A month later I was able to refinance the car note though my bank which gave me 4.49% instead of 7.55%.
While I drove home with the car with the promise that I return the car for detailing and new tire installation, it took them two weeks to put new tires and detail my car - I had to call several times for them to honor the deal. They never return calls unless its to lure the customer in for a sale. I had to fuel the car which was at Empty with promise of them refunding the expense. Todate they have not and have refused.
ALM went ahead to replace my Michellin tires with cheap Chinese tires which could not be aligned due to a radial defect. After three failed alignments at Kaufman tires, I spoke to Manager David who asked I take the car back to ALM - after three road tests with David and his two mechanics - they flatly refused to exchange the tires despite evidence the car tires were defective. I spoke to sales Manager Khelife who had closed on the purchase and had mande numerous gurantees of them correcting issues with the tires. He started getting mad and yelling at me. I was forced to leave his office when he asked me to.
After a month and a half my tags had not arrived - I called them and they said they had not done emission on the car and it was a mistake - and I that I should do it and send receipt for refund. I am yet to get the refund.
This dealership may look nice and display good cars, however their professionalism and etiquete sucks..it reminds one of dealing with a company desperate to make sales by hook and crook. They DONT STAND BY THEIR WORD. I will not recommend them to any desperate person out their. They are cold and DONT care about customers especially after buying the car. If you do buy from them - get everything written on paper and do not drive off the lot until all your concerns are addressed. The Management needs to be changed if this company will habve a good reputation.
