Watch out for David Culpepper and his company. He will claim to be your friend (as I now see he has done with others he ripped off) and offer you "discount" on his fee, He will claim he paid $150 to detail the car where in reality he took it to a car wash at best.
Most importantly, he sold me a car that has been in 3 previous accidents without disclosing that information to me. I have asked him to send me inspection reports multiple times and he never did. I found out about these accidents when I got into an accident myself and it was disclosed to me then the car has been hit 3 other times in the front and has a broken headlight. It costs $2000 to fix a headlight on this car. I have reached out to David and asked him to fairly split the cost of the headlight since it was probably caused during one of the 3 accidents that were UNDISCLOSED to me.
David is selling cars that have been hit. He doesnt care about you or your car - he just cares to make a quick buck on people who drive nice cars. Despite several attempts to contact David via phone, text and email - he has not responded once, like a true coward. David clearly doesn't know who tried to f*ck over, and I won't stop here with this report. If anyone else has been affected by DAvid Culpepper or Atlanta Car Exchange - I urge to send your comments to me to file a suit againt this company and prevent others from any more lies and deceipt.
