Tom Babcock of At The Helm Sailing And Powerboating School was hired for a 3 hour lesson . This idiot ended the lesson after only 1 hour because he said he was running late, Tom Babcock refused to reschedule the lesson and refused to refund. Tom Babcock was rude and belligerent with really bad body odour. A warning to anyone looking for sailing lessons in the Vancouver area
