Ordered gemini screensaver, got fake codes that would't work, and no response other than computer generated with same information over and over..won't answer my complaint, notified paypal waiting to get my money back
I bought some screen savers from this company and never had any trouble before and always got great service. i am not running windows 10 and my screen savers for this company stopped working and i have been trying to get any responce from astro gemini to help resolve this issue but after many e-mails to them i still gotten any responce from them. this is three weeks and counting and many e-mails sent to customer service but no reply from them. i have used their screen savers for years only to now have them not work with windows 10, i have no idea why they stopped working. i have had some different tech support work on this but we have not come up with any idea to fix it.
