En la cocina el horno tenía una fuga de gas! existe un gran problema de seguridad! , el calentador de agua no funciona y Astoria se niega a corregir estos problemas.
Las paredes son tan finas que puedes oír a la gente gritando, los perros ladrando todo el dia, y la basura de los vecinos holiendo por todo el pasillo,
el elevador nunca funciona, me quedé atrapado dentro del elevador durante 40 minutos y llamé a la policía para que la administracion de astoria intentara ayudarme.
La electricidad no funciona al menos una vez por semana en toda la torre, las luces se apagaron de repente, estaba caminando por la alberca y había literalmente mierda humana flotando en el agua disculpen mi lenguage
Todo bastante sucio, hasta un sucio pañal en el fondo de la alberca habia. Parece que ha estado allí durante días, ya que nadie limpia la piscina, solo cuando tienen clientes que llegan intentan apresurarse y limpiarla para tratar de estafar a alguien mas para comprar sus terribles productos.
Y si los problemas no eran suficientes para mí, más tarde me enteré de un agente de ventas con quien mi primo es amigo y que solía trabajar para astoria.
¡Ella me dijo que cambian los precios dependiendo de cada cliente! y que están robando dinero.
Me comento que los agentes de ventas son forzados a mentir y decirle precios falsos para tratar de robar dinero a cada cliente.
¡Cuanto más dinero le puede robar cada agente de venta al cliente, obtienen una bonificación!
¡entonces los precios son falsos! A mi me cobraron $580,000 pesos más de lo que el precio debería haber sido, ya que mi vecino pago menos que yo por el mismo nivel del departamento y las mismas recamaras.
Aparentemente el director Jesús Gilabert se queda con todo el dinero por cada casa que venden y para su equipo de ventas.
