I talked to 6 people , Jennifer refuses to cancel my account. I had to keep asking to talk to an upper person who can make decisions. I asked them to cancel the charges they made on my account without my knowledge or authorization and they refused . They refused to give me their last names. Internet phone number and email does not work. I told them how many fraud alerts they have about their company and they said they didn't care (Eric) . I asked them if they preferred a class action law suit and Eric said that won't hurt us. Eric made lame attempt to offer partial refund on one charge as long As I did not make any claims against the company . This place is horrible business and uses trickery and Immorale tactics to run its "business". I also offered the have the lawyers in my family and a family senator look into their business and he said he could care less !!!

Ordered a product sample for 4.95 shipping only not reading small print and never revived product then discovered several large charges on my credit card and the day after reporting fraud i finally received a bottle of cbd oil and understood that something was wrong they claim that if you don’t send back the bottle that they send or say they send that that you then start receiving a monthly supply charged your credit card they seem to have their bases covered in the scam and offered 35% refund in order to stop me from disputing the charges
I ordered from Assure two bottles of medicine. I continue to receive bottles of the medicines I did not request. I can not locate a phone number to call Assure to cancel.
I have fibromialgia and I was going to try the Cannibis for my pain. I ordered a bottle of Cannabis and the sleep aid.
I only was to pay 4.95 and 5.95 shipping and handling. I was charged on my debit card and then another charge of 1.99 appeared.
I have been taking the supplement but it is not doing anything to help my pain. I was going to use the whole bottle just to give it a fair chance.
In checking my account with my bank I have now been charged two large amounts on my checking account. I did not authorize these charges. This was to be a trial and not an order.
On 9/16/2017 I recieved a charge on my debit card for $89.73. I cannot find any record of making this purchase. below is a copy of the charge from my bank account
I ordered what i thought was a one off free trial of CBD oil and another for a Sleeping Oil for which I would payi only shipping and handling. I did not see in the fine print that i was committing to regular shipping of this product nor could i see a price anywhere.. I had looked for the full price of the product as I wanted to know what the full cost was
When i returned to the us I found another package from them. At no time did I receive any information other than a customer service email with an order number .... I was able to find a phone number on the bottle, it was so small i needed a strong magnifying glass to see it. I phoned them
The person I spoke too spoke fast and over the top of me and said the information was on the web site ... Nowhere was there any web site details or any whatsoever.. They charged me $87 and $89 for the bottles This was not returnable as i had failed to read the agreement properly Eventually the supervisor agreed to refund 35%
I received no information other than the order # for the free trial No website no terms of agreement I think this is not an honest way to do business
I was reading about a product for weight loss...I thought about purchasing it...but decided not to because I saw how much they would want every month after the first 30 days...so I exited out of it without approving the initial purchase...there was never a time that I submitted a payment.
I saw a 1.99 charge on my account which was the amount of the first purchase. I have been trying to find out who they were so I could cancel any more charges
I received in the mail a liquid oil drops of cannabinol which is a form of mariquana. I know what I was looking at wasnt anything close to what they sent me. Had that been the product I saw when I went into the site I would have never gave them any of my information. I do not use mariquana or wouldn't want to try anything even close

I searched and finally found how to cancel the sleep aid. I used the oil as directe, but got no relief from the pain. I decided to not reorder.
2 months later I receive a second bottle in the mail with no bill or receipt. I called customer service and was informed that I had been signed up to receive more product. I saw nothing when I ordered the first bottle that I had signed up for future orders. I canceled further orders (I hope) but they would not cancel the order I received even if I returned it to them. This is obviously a big rip off company.
