this company has been probably the worst that i have ever dealt with in my life. every step of the way i felt lied to and their customer service was absolutely horrid. the person i spoke to said that they were accredited or licensed by the governemtn and work with them. i later found out that, that is a complete lie. not only are they not affiliated with the government but they are also not licensed by them. If their customer service was better i wouldn't bother writing this but i never dealt with people more incompetent then these people. i signed up months ago and nothing has happened and i did everything i was supposed to do on my end. horrible communication. very rude people. and its like they dont know how to answer hard questions. i would think twice before doing anything with them. idk if the company itself is shady or just the person i spoke to but it all felt very deceptive to me.
I saw an email on the 22 of August 2017 about their CBD products. They were offering their product as a sample and only pay shipping.
I recieved the product yesterday but when I went on line to check the charge on my card I saw where they also charged me for insurance which was not mentioned when I ordered the product.
I contacted them only to find out that I was not getting samples but a "trial". I told them I wanted to cancel any trial and they told me that I had to wait until the 22 of September to cancel. If I cancelled today I would have to pay a penalty and ship the product back to them. If I wait they will just ask me if the product worked or not and then cancel. I would not have to ship the product. This company is very decieving and I have made a note on my calander to call back and cancel at the right time to avoid the penalty and shipping.
None of this was shown unless it was hidden in a hologram that couldn't be seen by the naked eye.

I got a notice that stated it was my "final notice" and me thinking this was of the utmost importance I decided to call in and see if it was legitimate. I spoke to what they call a "student loan advsisor" and sadly fell into their trap.
These are some of the lies I was told:
They work alongside the Government
They are licensed by the Government to do this work
They got all my information from the Government
They tried to make it seem like they did more then what they actually do
Overall it was all a manipulation for something that 100% should not cost nearly $1,000 to do. The person I spoke to rushed me through the process and made me feel like I had no other choice but to proceed so I stupidly decided to go through with it.
I was smart enough to stop and do my research a day after I enrolled and these are some of the things I found out about this company.
They make it sound like the forgiveness is 100% guaranteed but in reality you have to recertify every year and if you make like $10,000 more the next time you do it then your payment goes up even higher.
They are NOT IN ANY WAY ATTACHED TO THE GOVERNMENT
They did not obtain my information through the Government
These programs are FOR FREE on WWW.STUDENTLOANS.GOV
All this company does is fills out paperwork for you (meaning they just fill paperwork out for you) THAT IS IT
FORGIVENESS IS NOT GUARANTEED
You will not lose your opportunity to get into these programs if you dont enroll with them. There is no specified date from which you can enroll or anything like that.
They are manipulation and agressive and i'm sure they get paid some kind of commission doing this which is why they are so pushy.
I did this for free on the Governments website and it was easy as can be. Don't be fooled when they try to scare you it is easy to do this yourself for free.
