I met with Assurance Roofing Managing Partner Dan Keiderling and McCall & Lee on 8/22/17 for the purpose that they wanted to contract me to perform some work for them. In our meeting we had an agreement of what they wanted to pay me for the work to be performed and other terms and conditions, we all red the written agreement thoroughly so there was no misunderstandings. I did not sign the agreement that day because I was wanting a friend of my review the agreement before I signed( friend is an Attorney back home) so I requested an emailed copy. When I did receive a copy via email all of the dollar amounts that we agreed upon were blacked out and had been changed with a pen. In my opinion this is a form of an unethical business practice and borderline nefarious. This is not how a company should conduct business.
