Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You! How is your day today in sunny North York, Ontario Canada and/or wherever else You are in the World? My day could be going much better, thank you, except due to the Fact that back on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at approximately 2:00 P.M. in the afternoon, my 87 Year Old Mother and I Needed To Take A Taxicab Ride Back Home From The Humber Memorial Hospital located over by the Keele/Wilson Area and We Chose Your Company because we heard that You Supposedly Have A Good Reputation.
Boy Were We Wrong! I specifically asked Your Taxi Driver Approximately How Much The Taxi Ride Would Cost Us To Go All The Way Down To Bathurst And Reiner (which is just two (2) blocks South Of Sheppard Avenue).
He told us $16.00 Dollars and we said that would be fine. However, when he dropped us off, his Computer Screen showed $17 Dollars and Change in which I had No Problem In Paying It With My Credit Card, however, On Your Credit Card Machine, (My 87 Year Old Mother Who Suffers From A Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition, Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs, Along With Arthritis In Both Of Her Knees Which Affects Her Mobility) Got Extremely Taken Advantage Of [FRAUDULENTLY SPEAKING] When The Illegal Amount Read Something Like $22.00 Dollars And Change!
When I asked Your Driver Why My 87 Year Old Mother Was Illegally and Fraudulently Charged $5.00 Dollars More, He Just Got Nervous About My Questioning And Gave Me Back Two Loonies After I Angrily Signed My Signature For Your Fraudulent Bill On Your d**n Machine! This Is An Illegal Practice That You Are Doing And This Is Totally Unacceptable!
I Am Demanding A Full Refund Of All Of The Money That Your Company Stole From My 87 Year Old Mother Immediately With A Letter Of Apology For Your Company's Extreme Negligence! To Make Matters Worse, Your Driver Did Not Even Give Me A Receipt As Well!
I am so Angry, Disgusted, Offended And Upset over this Filthy And Disgusting Experience that I am Now Going To Publish Negative Reviews On Social Media To Tell Everybody On What Your Company Did To My 87 Year Old Mother!
