My computer crashed on March 5, 2018. The tech that I worked with pressured me into getting their support and wanted. I allowed them into my computer to repair the viruses. I have had a couple more crashes since their intervention and recently had a total shutdown of my business computer. In getting my computer repaired at an additional cost of $300, I was informed that Aspire Marketing has captured most of my passwords and there was no protection to prevent hackers from getting my confidential information.

This company needs to be put out of business and refunded for all the damage that has been done.

Aspire marketing Micheal Howard Last night I was on my laptop and it FROZE with a voice urging me to call the number on the screen because I have been hacked by a porn site it kep repeating this messgae over and over so I called them number. This guy who I spoke to said his name was Micheal ( spelled this way Howard he showed me his mircosoft creditials gave me his emplyee ID and showe dme a picture of himself. I wanted to have verification of who I was speaking with. He showed me that my spyware was not active and my entire compueter was open to the public and he needed to see what was breached. I wanted proof and was on the phone dealing with him and then his SECURITY tech person for an hour. I ended up having to buy the "software" to proetct my computers. He said it would take about 30 minutes to clean my issues and install this security measure. he said we will call you when its complete and if you arent available we will email you and call you to confirm in the morning. It was late so i went to bed. he said dont turn off your computer so i didnt. I woke up this am and my computer was still frozen nothing had been done. So I called the number back and that person gave me another story - but again my computer was frozen and I thought I paid to get this protection. Nothin was done again so I contacted my IT guy who told me this is a scam and when they lock up your computer just turn it off. I blocked the payment to them and now have to have my lap top reviewed for anything they can have access to. ITS A SCAM!!!

My report is above under "what they did to me". Aspire marketing is a scam! when you find your computer locked it them just turn it off. They are very clever at convincing you that your computer has secuity issues.

On January 28, 2016, Aspire Marketing (from my credit card), Ikraft247 Tech Inc, and/or Technomatic Solutions called to say my computer is at risk of being hacked. They told me this is all I need for the next 5 years is to pay them $399.98 to guarantee my computer will be protected. So, I paid for this service.

On September 20, 2016, during a routine "ghosting" checkup, an Aspire Marketing rep told me my network is at risk and I need protection on my computer to keep hackers from infiltrating my network. After arguing that I had already paid for this service, they told me my network is not covered by the original contract and will need to pay $449.00. I reluctantly paid it.

On March 31, 2017 I received a call from Technomatic Solutions asking to check my computer yet again. After much arguing I relented and allowed them to "ghost" into my computer. They told me I had several updates missing and I needed to update them NOW. So I paid them $299.00 and they wrote a statement I need not pay another penny for their services.

On June 6, 2017 a Technomatic Solutions rep called to tell me my computer had been hacked and that if I didn't pay for drivers to be installed/upgraded, I would be at risk. They showed me pornographic sites I have never accessed on my laptop. They said hackers were using my computer to access these sites. I paid $399.00 because I was afraid not to do it. But, boy was I steamed. THey stated again there will never be another payment, and if I just do this last thing they'll never ask for another thing. They even gave me written notice.

On August 5, 2017 (date is estimated), Technomatic Solutions called to "check my computer". I suspected they were in search of more money and questioned them at the beginning of the call. They assured me they wouldn charge me a cent. They "ghosted" into my laptop and almost immediately raised the issue of my "unprotected IP address". This is where I absolutely refused to pay any more money. I accused them of being frauds, that I was going to call the FBI and report them as such. They eventually relented and "fixed it for free". They actually didn't do anything. I really feel like a chump. I don't believe they did anything to help me or to "repair" my laptop. Sincerely, What a Chump

Message pops up on screen saying my computer has been invaded by a virus, spyware, or malware and there is a phone numer to call to save me and my computer. Called the number and was directed to type in the windows search box 'iexplore helpme.com' and this allows the control of my computer. Now they want money to fix the computer problem and if I refuse and turn off my computer they claim that my computer will never work again or they would crash it!

So I paid the $149.99 to have them do absolutely nothing, but they made it look good and professional and now I have another program called 'webroot anywhere' which supposedly keeps my computer free of malware and spyware, etc. The website is not secure and the persons on the phone are the scumbags from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, etc. I will make a report to the FBI's computer fraud division, but that will be too little too late. Stupidity has its own rewards.

Very pushy

I did not have a good feeling about them from the start, after reading your comments, it is obvious my gut feelings were right.

Very sad they act so nice while lying and robbing you.

dba Online Care 24, Hollywood CA

Extremely BAD company- DO NOT listen to their pleas of your computer being hacked. They set up those alarms and will get your money and into your computer as well. It's a total scam. Your charge card statement will come in as Aspire Marketing, not online Care 24.

On August 29, 2017, my computer froze, and I received a pop-up warning that appeared to be authentic from Microsoft, indicating that my computer had been compromised with a porn virus. The instructions were to contact them by phone to get help from a technician to resolve the problem. He said that my current security package was no longer compatible with my computer and that he would set me up with one subcontracted by Microsoft for my area named Aspire Marketing. Supposedly, the people are local, even thought the company is based in Sydney, Australia. After working on my computer for an hour and puting some icons on my desktop, he was done. Then, he said I had to pay either $317 for 5-years or protection or $469 for a lifetime, and he would contact my current provider to get a refund for time remaining on that contract. I plan to contact Microsoft to report this. Stupidly, I did authorize a charge to my Visa card, but called immediately to cancel it and get a new card once I was able to get back on my PC and Google Aspire Marketing where I learned it is a scam.
