These people stole my freaking money! I gave them $125 to make a website for me and within two hours i asked for my money back and they said the had already spent it! I gave them the payment on time and they claimed it was late. Then they threatened to sue me. All these people are, are a bunch of egotistical idiots who don't know crap when it comes to customer service.

Aspire Consolidated Reviews

This report above is from one Bella Dupar.

I'm an associate working from Aspire Consolidated who had previously dealt with her case. She had shown up to a number of meetings prior to moving forward with us, each time disrespectfully late and very highly ill-prepared. She continued to blatantly disregard our representatives. She finally made a decision, which was to move forward with a VERY cheap and simple personal branding website with a blog and a few other basic pages of that nature. At the finalization meeting, she was due $125, only HALF of the project cost. We met her half way out or respect for her tentative behavior, and out of our passion for helping others. Her payment was not only $5 short, but within the next 3 days from that time, we received a message from Ms. Dupar via Facebook Messenger stating "my mom didn't allow me to use that money, she is very mad and told me to get it back". She claimed that even though the payment due was just $125, she used her "college funds" for it against her mother's advisement. She attempted to claim refund, even though it was clearly laid out to her previously that such an action was of no option for a project as small as hers. She continued to press, threaten legal action (to which we said we would defend ourselves fairly, as is our right in this situation), and threaten to post Better Business Bureau claims to try and get an investigation going on our company over $125 that SHE paid with her own verdict and accountability. After several days of continued threats and harassment of our representatives, CEO and Founder Connor Smith was notified by the very irritated reps. Mr. Smith proceeded to contact Ms. Dupar personally, told her that she would receive her petty refund just to get her out of our company's hair because she was simply not worth the time, then he refunded whatever money was left ($60 exactly after her first payment. She LIED clearly above by stating we "stole" her money) to Ms. Dupar. The money that was spent out of the $125 was operational costs and overhead including server hosting, integrated WordPress hosting, GoDaddy hosting and configuration, her domain, and several necessary plugins within WordPress for her unique requests. Of course, out of her ignorance and utter lack of knowledge regarding website design and development, she couldn't wrap her head around these costs then claimed that Aspire Consolidated "stole" her money from her.

She received a HIGHLY unprecedented and unfair refund for the sole purpose of getting her annoying and harassing, repetitive inquiries out of the company's inbox and because at Aspire Consolidated, we believe in quality customer service (contrary to her false, ill-informed comment above in the initial complaint). She lied about it not being full amount, she never mentioned her partial refund at all, and overall, her posting was an immature, aggravated "report" of how Aspire Consolidated operates.

The sheer amount of time spent with Ms. Dupar from our representatives could have been billed north of $600 after hour calculations, which is well over double her entire project price tag.

This is just a fair, sensible rebuttal from a caring Aspire Consolidated employee who loves their job and their company. I hope any viewers of this posting and my rebuttal and clearly conclude the facts from the falsities. I would reveal my identity, but I fear further harassment from this insane "client" who received nothing but the utmost degree of leniency and care from our team, who received ZERO consideration in return.

Thank you much!

Complete Scam!!

The CEO is a scam and so is his company! For crying out loud, he is 16 years old! No teens are capable of running a smooth, efficient, and reputable company at that age! All that the company is made up of are a bunch of teens that are good with computers. At this age, all teens want are money. This was a great way to scam people and to take their money. I was considering using this company when I contacted them for a quote and they replied with $500 (with a discount!)!!!! Why would I pay this absurd amount when I could spend $18 a month at Squarespace for better quality websites?
