They put her in charge of tax paying register voters usually retired people and abuses her power to the max if you do well she is nice but if you have a slow week she is nasty and back stabs you, asks for favors but when is time to recipricate she does not, she makes people drive long ways for a weekly meeting at the office now mind you this people only work 8 to 12 hours a week and have to drive from far away to come to a short meeting that can be done by phone, she has notion of costs to people because she has a company car and gets her gas payed for.
She lies at the interviews she does not tell employees that if they are schedule for a 6 hour shift after 4 hours they can be sent home without notice if it is slow, they send you to a store for four hours only and make you drive far they do not care and for $200 a week she thinks she owns the person she treats people here as if she was in Honduras with oppresion bullying tactics. She makes this mandatory meetings where people have to drive far because she is too lazy to go each store individually and train people, she disrispects people shows anomosity if things do not go her way they have giving her unlimited power and no watchdog Pricilla in the office has her back and she can do no wrong is all one mafia, Pricilla makes sure she is untouchable.
She has a favorite employee a woman named Colleen, even if Collen does not produce she will never get written up that is her friend. Jennifer has a chip on her should and let's the power she has get to her head, she brags about her marketing degree she allegely got from unknown University in Honduras all fake and phony she tries to project something is not.
She tricks the metrics which is called KPI two ways #1 she cuts employees hours and goes to the store to get leads even though she is a salaried employee and gives the lead to her favorite employee to pass as their own. #2 They work this 78 year old man at Davie Costco for years he is the only full time employee his name is Michael B Walker they encourage him to work off the clock 20-30 hours off the clock with no over time because the position is base hourly pay plus comission, Jennifer is a pathalogical liar and manipulator first class. She is paranoid and not well mentally not in touch with reality.

This 57 year old woman is the snake of them all she has been with Aspen a long time not a people person but she works in HR very cynical rude and extremely corrupt she has been there so long she is unhappy with her personal life so she brings in to work people say she is not friendly at all but very vindictive and will retaliate to anyone who is a threat to her super nasty woman, extremely political as well her favorite is Collen who get preferential treatment, Pricilla needs to go but she cover her tracks extremely well she was not qualified for that job she felt into it by longevity and just being there at the right time and right place very vindictive full of anger type of person. She is the head of the mafia at Aspen. HR person and office manager huge conflict of interest.
