I had canceled my account and even went to the point of deleting my entire profile. I am still being billed, and when I reach out to their customer support team they are not helpful. I explain that my account has been deleted and I no longer have access, and they thought it was funny.
I have no way to stop them from billing me outside of going to my bank and closing my account. I will have to reset all my auto payments, and this is all because they have no interest in helping people as they cancel and close their accounts.
I believe this to be very unfair business practices, and I don't expect any of my money back, but I would love to stop being billed without having to close down my bank account, but not an option. I hate these people and everything they stand for with a passion.
I make 6 figures and its not about the money as much as this is a garbage company that will never stop billing you.
