After receiving my "free" sample and paying the postage... they charged me full price. I accepted that as I thought that would be the end of it. However ever since then they keep taking AU $146 out of my account & sending me more cream. The Post Office returned one package for me but I never received a refund. They have continued to send these packages to me. I have now 5 packages unopened and don't know how to contact these people. There is no name to look up on Google. I have searched everything I can think of... then I found this site and a report for this same product today. I don't know how to stop them taking my money apart from cancelling my credit card but I have payments that come from my account every week. I want to return these UNOPENED packages to them and get MY MONEY back... which is around AU$750... not counting the one that was returned. I am a Aged Pensioner and this is making my life a misery.

Asendia scam

Asendia appears to only be the postal arm of this scam. On your credit card debit is the name of the outfit doing the scam. In my case it is Actveftnssproinfo.Com and Trimlifeinfo.com. If you Google these the sites come up with local support phone numbers and a support email I have not yet tried to email them, but experience shows that in most cases there is no option but to go to your bank and cancel your card.

Gullible or what?

I, too, was a sucker who fell for anti-ageing miracle cream that turned out to be a scam. I am based in the UK.

Just before Christmas I sent off for the wondrous face cream, which came and was nothing special. Then I, too, received two more pots of cream and noticed a large sum taken from my bank account. I asked my bank to stop the payments in January but have today just received another pot of cream. As yet I have not returned any of them as due to my initial investigation contacting Asendia, they confirm the return address is wrong and refuse to co-operate. The packets all have my phone number on it and different Order numbers, posted Swiss Post. I did report the scam to the bank fraud department and police too. What to do now?

Asendia sin I subscribed for a free trial offer of tablets which supposedly will help with weight loss, paying nothing but postage. After two weeks I noticed they took money from my account fraudulently and they keep sending me more samples I don't need. I'm worried they will try again to steal money from my account. I want to stop this but don't know how

I have done the same, ordered the free trial diet tablets and found that they have now deducted two unauthorised payments for more product. I have contracted my bank and they have cancelled my credit card and will go after them. If you dont cancel your card they will keep on deducting funds. Big Scam,

It's a scam big time.

I ordered a supplement on a trial basis, tried it and found it to be useless. After many attempt to contact them, all my emails were returned as "unable to locate server address". I also rang several numbers to be told that they had many phone calls like mine, but they were not the dealers for this product. When I realised that $100+ was coming out of my account fortnightly I rang my bank, they refunded my money and stopped these payment withdrawals. Thanks Comm Bank. I'm still receiving their products, I send them right back.

I requested a trial of Ultra detoxing flush and Body slim down at $4.95.

I have been charged twice for this on 9th October, $4.95 and $4.94.

Then I have debits in my account on:

13th Nov - $130.48

11th Dec- $135.43

8th Jan - $135.67

11th Jan $135.43

This is a total of $667.74

I have received 2 bottles that I have sent back, I have also sent back the unopened trial bottle.

My bank is investigating the transactions, I will have to cancel my card, what a pain.

A few months ago I saw an advertisement on the internet offering a free trial (only postage to pay - which I did) for two 'natural product' tablet types which would (supposedly) help with weight loss. Bottles of tablets arrived not long afterwards, one titled 'Pro Natural Pure Cleanse', the other 'Pure Natural Pro'. Both bottles were also labelled as 'Dietary Supplements'. I received no further communication from the company regarding any additiuonal deliveries, asking if I wished to continue or anything else. Since then further bottles have been delivered on a regular basis though I have not made any further payment.

The tablets have not helped in weight loss the slightest but all efforts to contact the supplier, to cancel further deliveries, have proved fruitless. The telephone number listed on the delivery envelope (which seems to come from Switzerland [P.P. Swisspost CH-8010 Zurich Mulligen] is always engaged and the only return address given on the envelope is 'Fulfillment House PO Box 4014'. I am beginning to wonder if some unauthorised deduction is being made from my bank account though so far I have been unable to determine this. I will be going into my bank urgently to see if they have any relevant information.

I definitely do not wish to receive any more of these items but, being unable to trace a decent contact address, e-mail address or working telephone number I am at a total loss as to how to stop future deliveries. I will contact Ripoff as soon as I determine whether additional moneies have been taken from my account - if they have, I want them back.

I agreed to be part of a free trial for a few weeks but that was abot 2 years ago. I get sent one ore two bpackages a month and I am charges on my credit card (I think).

It is impossible to find the company and make contact with them. I think there are 2 companies but as I said it is very difficult to find any information on how to stop this scam.

I have never used the product and have thrown most of them out. Can you help me to stop this scam. It is endless. Thanks

TESTRO BUILD and MUSCLE ENCHANCER

I ordered a free trail pay postage only. The goods came I tried them and they did not work. After a month or so I receive a padded package with the 2 bottles of pills inside I decided not to open it. It says Return to Sender Fulfillment House PO Box 4004. Lucky I keep emails and was able to find where it came from on an invoice but no address. I emailed them and got a response here is their web site. https://alphapromuscle.rhinosupport.com/helpdesk.htm they claim i signed up for the trail and had 14days to cancel any future deliveries. I never saw any where that said that. I have contacted my card company my card has been cancelled not to mention they over drew my account which I had to pay so they would investigate the matter which takes 21 days. I cant find an address to send them back what a nightmare. This a copy of what they sent to me.

Dear Kevin ,

We respectfully apologize for the inconvenience.

As part of the “14 Day Trial” offered for Alpha Pro Testobuild and Alpha Pro Muscle, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact our customer service department within the trial period. Should they wish to cancel their trial or any subsequent shipments, a request for a return authorization number must be made during their 14-Day trial period.

The trial period is 14 days from the date of order placement. Shipping and handling is non-refundable per our return policies. In addition to the terms and conditions listed on the website, there is documentation provided with each order that states this information as well.

Consequentially, the terms and conditions were not followed resulting in the billing of A$133.00 for Alpha Pro Testobuild and A$131.00 for Alpha Pro Muscle on March 1, 2018.

The first Lifestyles auto-shipment was billed on May 19, 2018 in the amount of A$132.50 for Alpha Pro Testobuild and A$132.50 for Alpha Pro Muscle and was shipped on May 19, 2018.

Once you have been billed for the product, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. In addition to that, per our return policy, since the trial period has expired, the return process will no longer apply.

Per your request all subsequent shipments have been cancelled.

Thank You,

Customer Service Department

I received not 1 jar, but 3 jars over 2 days, all dated that they were sent on 1st or 2nd January 2018. I contacted my bank which said they would stop further payment. However I have received another 2 pots the cream, so I trust I haven’t had to pay for these. I returned 2 pots to Asendia with a letter saying that at 87yrs I could ill afford that sort of money for cream, and would they please reimburse me. I have heard nothing from them. This is going on in Australia and the U.S.A. So it’s about time it was stopped.

Like others, they would not stop sending items. Their contact information would not work. No invoices or other information was ever provided with the either of the packages.

I now have two jars of the cream I don't want and have had to cancel and opend a new bank account. My bank is investigating, but I cannot use my account until my cards are replaced. Plus be out of pocket for $270.00.

My wife received a phone call offering free face cream (just pay postage). Big mistake, as they now have our credit card number. They made a further unauthorised withdrawal a week later of $135.43 under the name of s360infodesk.com. I have cancelled this debit card to avoid any further withdrawal. We have received this second cosmetic( about the size of my thumb), I still have to figure out how to return it, as the return address is just" PO Box 4004, Fulfilment House"

I chose to recieve and accept a jar of face cream that was "Free", just pay postage. The cream arrived and $4.95 (AU) deducted frm my account (postage). Then I noticed TWO more deductions, two weeks apart totalling $270?

I tried to look up the company but got nowhere.

Yesterday another jar was delivered, which I sent back to the return address, Fulfilment House PO Box 4001. This I found to be Asendia Sin 004001 P.

I want my money back and don't want this second face cream and I want to stop this altogether.

What a rip off, I will hand this matter over to the fraud department of my bank.

I saw an ad from Asendia on facebook offering a free trial of face cream and eye serum with only a cost of postage. I gave my credit card number to pay for the postage. I received the product and because it was not organic did not use it . I later discovered that I had two separate charges on my credit card for product I did not order or receive. I did not know I was under any obligation to contact Asendia regarding the trial product. They had charged me $134.90 and $139.90 with no contact to me. I did not know that I was under any obligation to contact Asendia regarding the free trial.

I wish to report the event as a scam and will be seeking a full refund from Asendia. I am determined to recover my money by what ever means

Received an email nearly 2 months ago advertsing a brain supplement called PURE BRAIN PRO offering a free trial promoting unbelievable results with improved memory and clarity etc. They wanted my credit card details to cover a small delivery cost. There was no mention of purchase price or auto order subscriptions. I received my first bottle within a few weeks and then a second bottle arrived about 3 weeks after that. I thought that was odd and checked my bank statement which showed I had been charged twice at $101.98 each! (total of $204). There was no free trial product just an excuse to get your credit card. There is no way I would have agreed to buy this product at this price. Sadly I didnt keep details of the transaction because I thought it was free and I expected an email confirmation but there was none. Only sketchy details exist on the delivery package showing the company name ASENDIA SIN sent by priority swiss post. It says if undelivered please return to Fulfillment House PO Box 4014. A search of Assendia shows up as a delivery company only so am not sure if they are the company behind the Pure Brain Pro product.

I looked up the 'Pure Brain Pro' website www.purebainpro.com and the site looked familiar and had identical marketing info promoting the free trial. Their contact details gave a customer support phone number 1-300-299-487. Their mailing adress is Pure Brain Pro, Returns Processing Center, PO Box 0535, Toa Payoh Central Post Office, Singapore. Email: [email protected]

I phoned customer support who told me they can't find my name or email address in their system or my Order Number. They then had the audacity to tell me they dont sell the Pure Brain Pro product and I must have ordered it through someone else.

I asked how come their telephone number was on the purebrainpro website. They were evasive to say the least.

I then decided to email support@purebrainpro asking for all future credit card deductions to stop. I received an immediate response saying 'thankyou for contacting "Pure Natural Pro and Pure Natural Pro_ US Cleanse Customer Service. Unfortunately you have reached the wrong customer service. Please take a look at the charges on your statement and call the phone number located net to those charges in order to resolve your account."

The product came in a padded envelope without a statement. Plus how can they claim they dont sell the product when their phone number and email address is listed under 'contacts' on the purebrainpro website. Unless its a fraudulent website but I received a response from support@purebrainpro, so it must be them! Definately a scam. Really pissed off because the only way I can stop future orders is to cancel my credit card and get a new one issued! Be Warned!

They sent me an exampler of the product for $4 australian dollars, and then since last year they start deducting from my master card ad$ 135.00 every month, without my authirization. That is a "scam"

  • Jan 1, 2019

I received a package back in Nov with some Diet Tablets. I checked my credit card but there was nothing our of the ordinary. Then today 3rd Jan 2019 I received another bottle of pills, so checked my credit card and found that on the 14 Nov they had charged me $139.73US and again on the 14 Dec another charge for $139.73US.

I can not find a legitimite address, phone number or web address, so therefore can not contact this company at all.

Besides being charged for the pills I have also had to pay Foreign Fee of $4.06AU on the 14th Nov and $4.06au on the 14th Dec.

This company should be charge for fraud as I never ordered these things, I have no return address, and it hsas caused me alot of stress as my account was overdrawn because the these un planned withdrawals.

  • Dec 28, 2018

I have sent a notification to cease these debits. The form was attached to the website and provided no direct email address or other contact details. I have already requested my bank to make enquirers.

  • Dec 20, 2018

Simple theft on a global scale .

Also had same experience, ordered the trial offer for Progenix dietary supplement and needed the credit card number for postage only costs apparently.

The trial pack was delivered , product seemed of no value and had some unpleasant side effects . Little did I know that I was being billed monthly ( once twice in a month ) thereafter . Only alerted by the arrival of another pack , which I never knowingly ordered. This made me check my statements thoroughly and bingo - there it was . Ripped off to the tune of many hundreds of dollars!

Only way to stop them is to cancel cards as phone no’s and postal addresses are bogus . Bank customer service officer was aware of other people in our regional town who had similar experience with this same group .

Cancel your cards now if you haven’t already ! Banks will probably help with refunds .

  • Dec 12, 2018

I filled in an online survey. I was to get a free product wich I chose "CeraGrowth advanced hair growth formula" . All I had to do was to pay for postage of $4,

For this I submitted my credit card details.

I now have been charged AUD $24.95 on the 19th october 2018, and 21st november 2018

This is why I don't have a website or any other details apart from what is on the envelope of the packaged pills.

I did not order further pills, and did not authorise these deductions from my credit card

Vital Progenics Scam

Dont deal with. Trials dont come and they try to get recurring credit card debits. Make it extremely hard to cancel.

Just cancel your credit card and dont accept any product. Call centre will keep you on the line to make money from the call.

Vital Progenetics, Christie Brinkley etc etc are all part of this sophisticated scam.

Process is S I see it...

Unsolicited advert, wild claims, free trial to come in a few days, credit card needed, no trial received, cancelllation period expires 14 days after initial trial request, card to be debited when nee product arrives and convoluted process via Philipinnes, Singapore and Switzerland involved to undo.

Best to avoid in first place, but get out quick if you get caught.
